I worked for this place! At first the owner gave me a chance because I am a felon. Then when I left on good terms and came back they promised all benefits after 90 days. They never came through. Then they said they don’t have to give all employees benefits when all the office workers have them but they don’t want to give the guys in the field them! They claim they treat their workers like family but they don’t! I got a Houston Astro’s baseball tickets package for Christmas and never even seen that! They don’t give a da$N about their workers or work! I was finally able to quit during Covid because they couldn’t even provide 20 hours of work anymore. Then they wouldn’t hire me back. They don’t like people speaking up for themselves! Don’t use this company!!! Horrible people like Raul Salazar!!! Can’t take criticism and won’t talk but text everything because he has no spine! Then tony the owner threatened me with the “lawyer” they have working there saying they don’t have to have benefits for everyone if they don’t want to when I called him on it after several attempts to get the benefits I was promised! Don’t use this company! They are garbage!! Also look in the comments and Raul is a comment on there even though he is “under” tony the owner now lol!!! Under!!!

I am a residential customer of this company. They do wonderful work. Mr. Tom Bolden prices his service is fairly, comes promptly if you're cooling or heating system is not working. Excellent service in every way

The person answering the phone is very unprofessional and rude. They just serviced my unit 2 days ago, not working fine and they want to charge again to visit. She said that they didn't "touch" the heater unit, but it was working a day before. Very strange...

Owner / officer workers are unprofessional and consume alcohol daily , they messed electrical job up so bad they almost had hire another company to come fix their screw ups. Shady individuals . Poor quality work.

Prompt service. Scheduled a technician within the same day.
