We were in 106 degree weather when are A/C stopped working..Called many repair places and no one called back until we contacted Shawn Singh of Star Mechanical on line..With in 15 minutes he responded to our request and worked into the dark that evening repairing our A/C until it was up and running better then before! He was very profestional in his work and really cared about our situation..Thank You Sawn for your quick respones and quality work!!

Very responsive. Very professional. Shawn really knew his trade. Was in and out in an hour and my AC was back to working. I normally don't write reviews, however, this experience was a "10". I submitted an email request on a Thursday night, got a call back on the same Thursday night, and got the work scheduled and completed the next day (Friday), just in time for the hotter weather. Star Refrigeration is the way to go.

star mechanical tec was professional and he was knowledgeable. he just didn't do what he supposed to do he did some extra work so my ac compressor will last longer and he looked at all the wiring and made sure everything will run smooth. i will definitely will call them again if i need anything

I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment same afternoon to have them come out to my business to fix my AC thermostat. I received a text alert with the appointment time within minutes of setting the appointment along with who to expect to perform the service, then another one informing me he was on his way. Very fast, professional and informative, not everyone I called would work on commercial buildings/systems. I also downloaded their app which shows details about my appointment, an estimated time of arrival and also an option to pay within. I would recommend them to anyone.

Finally a company who is not taking advantage of the consumer. I called Star after sears informed me that we didn't have a appointment scheduled. I scheduled the appointment the day before. Well enough about that called star spoke to Shawn made a same day appointment for me which I was very surprised about being that it was already 4:30 pm on a Friday. Shawn showed up at six as scheduled, solved my problem with my ac and got it fixed in no time, He also explained how to avoid costly repairs in the future, and only charged me a small amount. Star will be my ac servicer for life no kidding.

I first used Star when my air conditioner failed on a Sunday during a heat wave. I had just assumed it was going to be a long miserable day, but they had it fixed within hours. Their rates are always reasonable.

A few years ago we were one of many with a busted ac—in august—during a heatwave...our regular hvac folks gave us an eta of a week...star came out the next day and after lunch we were comfy again...so when we had an issue this year—we knew to call STAR—they were out the next day and we had a comfy night’s sleep! Very reasonably priced too!

Our furnace started blowing cold air on Thanksgiving afternoon. I called about 15 HVAC companies and three called me back. One company flaked at the last minute and the other told us our unit was a lost cause and we need to have it replaced. Just, everything is black and charred and I can't test this and that without it running , it's over a grand for repair AT LEAST...And,here let's make an appointment for sales. I called Star and they were able to come out the next day. Shawn Singh was our technician and he inspected our furnace and told us the igniter was bad and needed replacement. A few hundred to repair and he could test everything else after. He had the part and installed and had our furnace working in about 20 minutes. Inspected the unit and everything is ok. Bottom line, the unit is 27 years old and we should replace it soon. Very stressful during the Holidays. Mr. Singh had total honesty and professionalism and we so appreciate him getting our heat to work during the Holidays and the cold weather. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism and workmanship. Will call Star when we replace our HVAC. They will be keeping your business.
