Villara has worked with me through all my scheduling challenges, including showing up and doing a fine job of investigation and specification when I was unable to be on-site for the appointment. Very professional throughout all the steps of cleaning and diagnosing the problem with my old unit and subsequently, in my case, guiding me through the process of selecting a new higher performing system replacement that would fit both my budget and comfort level dsires. I've received great service from the technicians, and sales staff, and I am very satisfied with the results so far.

Polite, not an aggressive salesman. Shared product info and gave recommendations for future considerations. Changed all my air filters, one of which I didn’t have on hand. He had his Apprentice go and pick one up for me at no charge and installed it. A very pleasant experience.

Beyond satisfied with Kao from Villara. He not only did a fantastic job moving our HVAC but took his time to go above and beyond to explain everything and patiently answered all our questions.

Edison Munoz did an excellent job of replacing a leaking radiator , he was very professional arrived on time , took right amount to time to triage the issue and problematic components in the system on a very hot day . He made sure that right part is ordered and available before next morning , came next day and completed everything perfectly and made sure that system is up and running less than a day , he worked half a day inside attic space on a day close to 100 degree outside ,Hats off to him and Villara team
