Shawn is an excellent technician. I felt very confident in his recommendations for my air conditioning system. I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage and propose unnecessary service for monetary gain. He conducted in a very professional manner. I will definitely continue utilizing his service!

Came out to repair heating system months ago. Fast forward to now. My a/c fan unit not coming on. Had never been a problem before. When serviceman from different company came out, he asked if I had my heating system serviced. When I told him I had, he showed me where the wire giving power to my a/c unit had been cut. He and I both concluded that whoever serviced my heating system, may have cut those wire so I would call him for repeat business in the summer. The last person that touched my unit was Star Mechanic. If you are If you are dealing with this company, be on alert!

Shawn did a great job replacing our 28 year old AC system. What a difference! He was prompt, no extra charges, even though he encountered some issues he wasn't expecting. I would definitely recommend Star Mechanical to all my friends and neighbors.

Shawn was great at getting my ac fixed. Got it it done fast , clean , and for a great price. Gave great advice and was very honest. I will definitely use him again!!!

Called Star Mechanical and luckily Shawn was the next city up and was wrapping up a job. He was able to stop by and check my AC within an hour. After diagnosis for 5 minutes, he find out what the problem was, went to his Van and grabbed the part and replaced it. All this took no more than 25 minutes top and my AC unit was back in business blowing cool air. Shawn was very Professional and prompt. I will definitely call Star Mechanical again if my AC/Heating unit stop working. The reason why I gave 4 Stars is I've worked in Fields/Customer Services all my life and there's ALWAYS room for improvement. Since this is the first time dealing with Star Mechanical, I hope my next experience with them again will be better than my last one. To be continue.....
