I could not be happier that I went with Blackwell Services. During the craziness of the stay at home order due to COVID19, our water heater broke on us. And with one phone call, Blackwell provided the most AMAZING service. They made sure that we got the best deal possible and eased my mind as I know nothing about water heaters, or which kind would be best. They not only helped us decide, but guided us and walked us through and helped us in a difficult time. They were professional and ensure cleanliness and were extremely respectful. Brian Thomas arrived on time after he sent a text that he was on his way. Brian is a friendly, considerate worker, careful to put on shoe covers before entering the house. He got right to work, installing the new thermostat as well as trouble shooting the cause for the failure of the furnace to operate correctly. We were so impressed with his efficient, thorough , and professional manner that we signed up for biannual service of our a/c unit. We highly recommend Brian and Blackwell Heating and Air.

My A/C went out on a Sunday. The soonest anyone would be able to come out was Thursday.... I contacted Blackwell and they came out the same day. Blackwell will be my HVAC choice always. Their technician Gabe was GREAT! Very professional, prompt and fair priced.

Called at 8:30am had someone here at my house at 10 to take a look at my heater. Joel was amazing polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot the issue and was able to get my heater back up and running!

They were able to come in replace a/c and heater. Fine in less then a day. Workers were friendly and answered all questions. They also put in what they called a box that makes changing the filter much easier.

Update, when inspector came out on 7/9/20 he said “AC unit requires max 35amp breaker and breaker in sub panel is 40amp. 7 months later waiting for them to install a 35amp breaker I finally had a friend order one from Stockton and he installed it for me. This to me is unacceptable service by Blackwell!
