Nick is brand new to the company and came with another experienced person from the company, very polite, professional. They were prompt and in the time frame they quoted; texted ahead to let me know they were on their way. Nick explained everything they were doing each step along the way. Very polite and professional. Price was a little higher than others.

After the City shut off our power yesterday, it tripped up our furnace. We had no heat for almost 24-hours. I called Blackwell and JOE and MICAH responded. Very knowledgeable and figured out the issue very quickly! We now have heat. Thank you!

I worked with Jessica in completing the inspection for the HVAC. I left a message but I didn't get a call back until 2 days later. She stated we need to schedule drop off paperwork for inspection. I informed her that I would be out in the morning due to previous appointment but would be home in the afternoon. Inspector came by asking where the ladder was. I was not happy in asking inspector to reschedule since it was hot outside and he was already at my home. Fortunately, I had extra ladders and I took upon myself to set it up for the inspector to save myself the headache down the road. I like Blackwell Services but not happy that Jessica did not set expectations.

Nick and Gabe replaced our old AC/heater quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Gave us information and did their job well. Thank you!

Blackwell has a wonderful answering system with a live person. There response time for A/C repair on an 114° day was awesome. Joel A. the tech that came out was so polite and explained everything he did to diagnose and repair our A/C. We are so glad they did our original install and continue to provide great service!

We had our furnace die due to a cracked heat exchanger. Our normal HVAC guy Lemo's Heating and Air had joined forces with this company to do some of his big jobs.

We made an appointment with Chris and he showed up promptly and on time. Chris discussed our replacement options and related costs.

After we made our decision to replace our whole system with a high efficiency heat pump unit, we were scheduled for install.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They removed the old unit and our relatively new A/C compressor with zero damage to our home.

They let me know what they were doing every step of the progress. Unfortunately, this was a two day install and it was a bit nippy in our house.

Once the install was completed, they went over the operation of the unit and cleaned up their mess that they made. They tarped all the flooring that they were on, and made it look like they were never there.

They did have to come back today to patch Sheetrock holes they made to run the new electrical to the unit.

Overall, so far we were very happy with their work, their prices were excellent, and the whole crew was polite and courteous.

Brandon did a good job installing the new A/C unit. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
