We recently had our dryer vent cleaned. The technicians (Julio and Jose) were very thorough and professional. They restored our dryer to its original efficiency and explained the cleaning process effectively. I will definitely use their service for any future needs.

The service technician arrived promptly to diagnose my heater pilot light not remaining lit. Within 10 minutes the problem was diagnosed along with some safety issues I was not aware of. I have used Blackwell more than a few times now as they service both my home and a rental property of mine. What I always notice and live is their employees are the most friendly and genuine folks I’ve ever met. They go above and beyond to make sure to be friendly and conversational with me every time. Super super nice folks. Especially Joel. This makes a difference and it’s clear they emphasize this on a management level.

Prices are super fair and not outrageous like bell brothers (absolute ripoff)

They also send you a text when the technician is headed your way which most others don’t. This is nice so you don’t have to sit around waiting for them.

Two young men arrived to my home about an hour and a half after my early morning call for repair of my a/c unit. They were polite, clear about what they would be doing, patient while listening to my explanations, thorough in their work and their clean up, thorough in their explanation of the required repair, and seemed proud to help me solve my a/c problem.
