John was an excellent tech that came out to service our system he was professional and a nice guy to work with I would recommend him to anyone needing work done thanks John.

I had an appointment between 10am - 12pm and Stephen showed up promply at 10, checked out the AC unit, replaced a bad wire and cleaned the coil and made sure everything was working smoothly. The whole appointment took only 26 minutes and Stephen was polite and friendly. I spent a total of $158 and couldn't have been happier! I would definitely recommend Blackwell Services to all my friends!

I highly recommend this company. I had an excellent experience with them installing a new heating and air conditioner system. Also a new water heater. All at the same time. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They treated my home with care and respect. Dave who helped us choose our systems was through and made sure we got what we needed and what we could afford. I will definitely use this company again!

Joel Alverez was our technician today! We had an issue with our In-Law suit A.C unit not cooling as it should. Simple enough, just needed some freeon. But Joel made sure we were taking care of immediately didn't leave till he knew the job was finished. Very kind! I will definatly be recommending there business to others.

The two service technicians Micah and Jose were on time and fixed our A/C in a short amount of time. They were both very professional and gave detailed description on what the problem was. Great experience!

The tech that came out to our home name was Micah and he fixed our heating system. I recommend him to all! Very polite, extremely respectful and extremely helpful! He worked hard and fast to make sure we received our parts within a week! He was also very thorough when explaining the what need to be doen to fix pur heating system! Which made it easier to understand ! What a 5 Star service! Will use again in the future!
