Every member of his team worked extremely hard to make sure the installation was done with quality and pride. Starting with Dave Pearson, his estimation specialist, to his insanely hard working installation crew. They were all very courteous, polite, knowledgeable and went the extra mile every step of the way taking absolutely no short cuts .

Joel Alvarez , Blackwell’s instation specialist, answered every question we had with a smile and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the job they were doing.

Eric came every morning to make sure the installation of our new a/c , heating and ductwork had been installed as of it was his own home.

Superb technician. Easiest description would be he was a true artist and craftsman. Very customer oriented and skilled in each task performed from disassembly to reassembly, brazing, testing and cleanup. Suffice it to say Brandon Teves is the master HVAC tech you want every time. Five star job!!! Thank you, Brandon!!

Bradon did a good job. He diagnosed the problem, got parts ordered, put in a temporary fix. Then he came back to finish the job as soon as the parts came in. He was also comfortable with your big, noisy dogs!

Brandon Teves did a superior job servicing/repairing our wall air/heating unit. Besides being highly professional and skilled, Brandon was also very courteous and polite.

Albert Santana and Isaac, along with David and Freddie were exceptional, they went above and beyond. Professional, knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. They took time to explain/answer all my questions and concerns.

Highly recommend this company. Amazing customer service and trusted work. We had a 2 ton system removed from our attack which they had to take apart before taking out and a new one installed within 3 days. Clean, courteous and competitive pricing. Will continue to use them for service.

Joel and John were both very professional, answered all questions, and delivered good customer service. While the first repair solved what appeared to be the problem, a second visit was required when the problem persisted. They immediately set up a return appointment, completed a same day repair, and did not charge a second service fee.

Every time these guys come out they are friendly , professional and ready to get the job done . Always clean up after themselves. Definitely my go to company for any service they provide . Thanks Freddy and david
