Blackwell did a duct and vent cleaning and hvac tune up a couple months ago. While I wasn’t impressed with the initial service, I had a couple issues occur with the heater yesterday. I called them and they had their superstar lead tech, Joel come out within hours and diagnose the problem. Luckily the parts that failed were available and Joel was able to get the parts and despite the nasty weather today, still came out and got my heater back up and running! Thank you Joel and Blackwell staff for doing a stellar job! I will be calling Blackwell for my future HVAC needs!

The install people were super and friendly and actually cared about my job. Install was great even with weather that was not easy to work in. Now to see how the mitsubishi equipment holds up.

Called Blackwell Services because my blower fan would only work intermittently. Joel Alvarez was my technician. He arrived earlier than I expected, which was great. I can't express enough how professional and polite Joel was. He answered every question I had. He discussed with me everything he planned on doing, and even explained the next process if there was additional issues. But there were no further issues. It was exactly what Joel thought it was. Joel fixed my problem and my home is blowing cold air once again. Thank you again Joel. You have my highest recommendation. Sorry to the other Blackwell employees, but I'm going to tell people to ask for Joel. ..... One last comment - Mr Blackwell give this young man a raise $$$. He is a fantastic employee. ☆☆☆☆☆

Very efficient at what they do and on time always gives you a message when the technician is on the way.

Chris Osborne of Blackwell Services was a pleasure to work with. He was very thorough in his inspection of our HVAC system and his suggestions were very helpful. He arrived early. He was polite and respectful. I never felt "sold". I would recommend Chris and Blackwell Services to anyone. By the way, the price was right too.

Jim Huynh replaced our blower motor today. He was prompt, polite and professional. We have a cool house again!

Blackwell Heating & Air staff and service techs are always so very helpful. No matter how many questions you ask or how many times you call they are kind and helpful. They have come to service my unit for a couple of years now. They also relocated a vent I needed moved and repaired attic ducting. They are very communitive and responsive. This month, Joel Alvarez, serviced my unit. He was awesome! He took extra time to explain everything about what he was servicing and why. He automatically reconnected a wire that had come loose and noted that as well. He checked the temperature of the air coming into the house to ensure it was putting out proper cooling. He asked me if I had any questions or had any concerns. He was very kind and patient. They always replace my filters when they come as well. I trust them and highly recommend Blackwell Heating and Air for your HVAC needs.

John was great locating my furnace problems.

The technician was respectful and did his job.

The company is ridiculous. I wanted an estimate and they quoted me $7600 to put a mini split in my two car garage.
Insanely expensive. They told me not to buy a unit and install it myself and I did just that, an turned out great and I saved myself $5000.

The people are great but the prices are Just way too much if you have the ability do it yourself
