From my first call to schedule an estimate appointment through the final walk-through after installation, Blackwell Services was a pleasure to work with. Chris, Albert and Isaac were professional, punctual, courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the great communication and the fact they treated my home with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

He went above and beyond the Call of Duty just to make sure that I was comfortable with everything that he was doing. Earlier in the morning I had a very bad experience with a different disreputable service technician from another company and this young man put everything right and was courteous, informative and respectful. I would highly recommend using this company.

Throughout the installation of our new HVAC system, Freddie and David were total professionals. They treated our home and us with respect, answered our questions, and when they left, we felt confident we selected the right company to do the job. Found these guys online and knew I liked the company from the friendliness and responsiveness I was given by Maria in the office. John came out to thoroughly diag our 35 yr old dying system then Chris came out to measure and sell us a new one that would meet our needs. Freddy & David just finished installing our new state of the art system and all of this went down in 6 days! Highly recommended.

Freddy and David installed our new kitchen range hood and did an excellent job, they were very professional and courteous. We will be using Blackwell Services again to service our HVAC system.

Albert, Isaac, and Julio did such a great job putting in our second-story mini-split. They went above and beyond their worklist, making structural changes we requested, dealing with an antiquated electrical panel, and removing the old ducts from closets and crawlspaces. And this was all accomplished with a high degree of superior workmanship and friendly professionalism-- a combination of traits one rarely sees these days. Honestly, I'd give them 6 stars if I could..

Blackwell Services staff were very professional and attentive throughout the process of getting an estimate and installing a mini ductless heat and air conditioning system in our home. Chris surveyed both inside & outside, measured rooms, and with our input, discussed best placement and size, then gave us options & pricing for both wall and ceiling units. He went the extra mile at the end of the day to make sure the correct paperwork was emailed to us. Installers Freddy & David showed up promptly on our install day and walked around the home to verify where the equipment would go. They were courteous and patient as we worked out exact placement. They kept the inevitable mess of cutting through the ceiling to a minimum and cleaned up when they were done. Freddy kept us informed through every step of the process and made sure we were happy with the work they were doing. We are very impressed with the service provided by Blackwell Services and are confident that the maintenance and/or service needed in the future will be of the same quality. I highly recommend them!

Recently had an air conditioner and heater put in by Blackwell Services, they showed up on time, we're extremely professional, jovial and seemed to actually enjoy their work.

Freddy Was sure to let us know every step that they were doing. Always asked permission to enter the house when needed, etc.

He went above and beyond in making sure everything was done, done correctly, and that everything was working to satisfaction before leaving the job.

I sadly cannot remember whom assisted him on the first day, but on the second day David was his assistant. Both of them were also professional and seemed determined to get the job done right.

I'd definately reccomend Blackwell as a Heating & Air company. In fact, my mother's house needs central heat and air put in soon, and I will be giving my business to Blackwell again.
