We were recommended to Blackwell by one of the highly recommended HVAC companies in town. Apparently game recognizes game because they couldn’t take our last minute appointment, but said Blackwell could.

Not only did they take us same day in the middle of an insane heat wave, but everyone we spoke to was courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Jim was our technician and he quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and hung out for some good convo and ice water while we waited for the cool air to come.

My littles and our guinea pigs will be sleeping in comfort tonight thanks to everyone at Blackwell, and Jim is now officially part of the family. We cannot recommend them enough. They saved the day, and according to the forecast….the week too!

Technician Joel was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, timely and kept investigating until the problem with my heating system was solved. Thank you Joel for doing such a great job!

Every year I have my HVAC system serviced/checked in the Spring and Fall. Blackwell Heating and Air always does a thorough job. The technician Joel Alvarez was very professional, informative, and amazing through the process of checking my heater for the winter. He explained that everything that he did in the 21 point maintenance check, that the system was running well, and did an awesome job with the diagnostic too! Thanks Blackwell Heating and Air!

A friend of mine referred me to Dave at Blackwell when my water heater went out. Dave came out the same day and was very friendly and honest. He was able to relight the pilot and gave me an estimate for a new water heater. When the pilot light continued to go out, I knew it was time for our water heater to be replaced . Blackwell was able to work around my schedule and fit me in the next day. They even sent out a technician out to relight the pilot so we would have hot water for the night. Blackwell came out the next morning to replace my water heater. They did an excellent job and were professional. I will definitely be using them again for any other home services I need. Let me admit that having failures in major components in my house is distressing. Having this company taking care of our home did help to alleviate that. They were personable and highly professional.

We have used Blackwell Heating and Air a few times now. Between the office Staff, Eric and Albert we were never disappointed. They were punctual, and never steered us in the wrong direction. When we were ready to replace our very old unit, Eric was able to offer us really good financing, and it was so easy I was able to complete it from my phone. Highly recommend the company.
