ABC Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

had PG&E come and light the pilot light, i asked him if everything was goid with it, he said yeah. just old. The recent storm blew it out & i knew PG&E would be busy so i googled available near me, the guy came out didn't know what he was there for, he asked us. Then he didn't have a torch or lighter, had to borrow one from my boyfriend,then told me it wouldn't light because it is old. I felt taken advantage of.

Called the office to schedule a technician to come out to my house. The girl in the office said to expect a technician TODAY between 1-5pm. Guaranteed it wouldn't be a problem at all. I waited until 6:30, then finally called for an update on the ETA, at which point I was kindly informed that whoever was working this morning did not schedule me, and if I want service tonight it will be overtime, plus their parts supplier is closed. So now I've wasted a full day not working so I could wait for a technician, and I get to miss work tomorrow as well.

UPDATE: I did receive service from Steve the next day. There were no issues, the pricing was fair, and I now have hot water again. The office did call me and pressure me to remove my negative review before they would send him out, though, which was extremely uncool. Extremely. I would definitely do business with Steve independently, but not ABC again.

ABC has been incredible. We have had them do work for us at home many times, as well as at our business. They are very attentive and truly care about making sure that we are not only taken care of, but that they provide quality work. I highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else.

I've had them service my air conditioning today... Sean came out and he literally was my angel.. He fixed my air conditioning and cost was very reasonable.. He was so pleasent and very nice guy... Thank you ABC. I would recommend you everywhere.

We had a toilet that started leaking. When we went to replace the toilet with a new one, e found that the mounting ring thats supposed to be bolted to the floor was missing. The concrete needed to be ground out & the ring bolted to the concrete foundation (a little bit bigger than a usual DIY job) This was the only plumbing company in Lodi willing to come out during COVID & the pricing was extremely fair for the work done.

The technicians that come out are great. Problems began in just trying to find out when they were coming out, no communication with us. When I called the office they were very rude. Probably will not use them again because of their rude office personnel. Certainly will not recommend.

Horrible. I scheduled something for 3 and they never showed up, when I called to follow up I was told that if they showdd up after 5 they would charge an overtime fee eventhough I had scheduled an appoitment. To top it off, the lady that I spoke to was very rude.

My water heater was leaking, I contacted ABC Plumbing & they came out within a matter of hours. They took care of the problem, helped cleanup the water & I haven't had any problems since.

Tech Eric highly competent very knowledgeable and helpful I appreciated his concern and thoroughness of checking all of the options necessary to fix the problem. Very impressive

Installed appliance and then they charged me $90.00 to get help using it. BACKSTABBING, CHEAP.

DO NOT BUY FROM OR USE SERVICE FROM ABC PLUMBING!!!!
