My sincere thanks to Blackwell and its employees. My air conditioner was not cooling, so I called Blackwell. My 1st contact was with Erica on the phone. She was polite, knowledgeable and set my repair appoint. with Roger. My 2nd contact was with Roger. He came with kneepads and tool belt on, hand extended, followed by, "Where is your unit?" Roger went right to work..."Hummm an old unit" He took it apart and within an hour had my 23yr old air conditioning unit purring. My son-in-law recommended Blackwell, and he was 100% correct. Excellent people to solve my problem. You can be sure I will call them again when I need help. Traveling from Lodi to Manteca was not an issue.
