Barry came to give me a quote and gave me suggestions to what was best for my needs. Then the 2 installer and delivery guy came ( Joey and Jaime Francisco ) they were all very professional, kind and knowledgeable by answering all of my questions. They installed my A/C without anything showing outside ( that’s a plus for us).Those guys were telling me that they were 10-15 yrs plus with this company and they loved it and were treated well. That says a lot. I needed my A/C really fast and they delivered and installed it rapidly. The staff when I called were very efficient and kind. My experience from top to bottom was 100% satisfied! I recommend those guys all the way!

Hydes did a great with sales and installation of my new American Standard heat pump.
The installation went extremely well. They were clean, friendly and very knowledgeable.

I have a service contract with Hyde's even though this service is covered by my home warranty. They do an excellent job and do analysis of what might need replacement or repair in the future. I love my serviceman Thor. He is really competent and thorough. I highly recommend this company. 1/23/23 Today I had Frank service my heater. He got it fixed quickly. Very professional and reasonable.

My air con went out on the hottest week thus far this year. Hydes came out and quoted a fair price and made sure I understood the entire process. Barry took time and rearranged his schedule to get me on schedule and installed the new unit. I would definitely recommend Hydes to all my friends and family!

Jeff was very personable and efficient. He came into our home assessed the situation and then commenced to maintain our units. His visit was not unnecessarily prolonged, he explained what he was going to do and he just got the job done.

We just bought a house in La Quinta a month ago and had Chris from Hyde’s AC and Elec, do an emergency fix at that time on our AC. After he was done, I signed up for a maintenance contract for the AC and Heat. Now, a month later, Chris came back to do the maintenance for the AC.

As he did in the last visit, Chris was personable, efficient, and communicated everything I needed to know. I’m very mechanically skilled and it’s a pleasure to have confidence in any service provider I use. Chris and Hyde’s are that kind of team.

Technicians was in and out. Took about 15 minutes to complete the service.
I went on YouTube just to see what to expect from a yearly service. It seemed to be far more extensive than what was done today.
The upper fan cover was never removed so I'm assuming the interior of the condenser was never chemically sprayed and washed out. There were leaves still sitting in the pan so there's no doubt it wasn't.
Hydes policy of not going into the attic to check the cooling element I found to be counterproductive in a "true" preventative maintenance visit. Isn't that part of the system?
But hell, who wants to go up there?
Honestly, I think I could have done what was done today.

Miguel was a very polite young man. He explained everything he was going to do in this visit and answered all my questions. He was neat and efficient.

Jonathan has been at our home twice now - once to remove a split unit (had construction done) and then reinstalled. He is extremely personable and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend him for AC work.
