What I love about Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is that I can call whenever I am having trouble with my unit, and Luis will come at his earliest convenience. He has always been very respectful. His customer service has always set the bar for any other company that I talk to about anything going on in my home. Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating is an amazing company with fair prices, knowledgeable, transparent, and very hard-working personnel. When this unit goes down, I know I will call Apparatus Air Conditioning & Heating to install my next unit.

Luis is a very knowledgeable technician very prompt and dependable called with ac not cooling, 107 degrees outsde and he came right away and within 2 hours we're nice and cool. Kudos for your excellent service and response time. Highly recommend

Luis and his son, (also named Luis but pronounced slightly differently so we know which "Luis" we are talking to!) were professional, helpful and reasonable. They installed my new ac system, and new coil and a new motor, (all clearly needed as mine was a very old system), and did it at a reasonable price. They were very polite and also timely in arriving for our appointment. It's nice to work with people who genuinely care and who work together to meet your needs. Would highly recommend Apparatus AC. I will only use Apparatus Heating and A/C for all my Air conditioning needs. They have always been honest and fair when repairing and servicing my AC unit. The owner, Luis, is professional, punctual and very accommodating. When he diagnosed the problem with my unit, he fixed it and saved me a lot of money instead of just trying to sell me a new part or expensive unit like the other companies I had look at it. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest A/C work in the valley.

Luis was punctual, understanding and efficient in getting the AC up and running again. I highly recommend his services. We talked about how cheap capacitors burn out faster (my AC's problem) in the desert heat and how important it is to get your AC serviced regularly.

At 8:00 A.M. on a Sunday morning, Luis answered his phone on the second ring and was at my house within an hour. An hour later the air conditioner had been fixed and was blowing very cool air. The cost was reasonable, especially when compared to the "other" guys who had quoted me costs that were twice as much. When your air conditioner fails in this part of the country it isn't funny. It's deadly serious and I very much appreciated the prompt and very professional service at a reasonable price. I would not hesitate to recommend Apparatus - and especially Luis - for any air conditioner repairs or service you may need.

"...Luis decided to focus on customer service and satisfaction..." I had a very different experience from Luis then what is described on the website. Now it would appear that he is not honest either.
Luis came out and did a service call in Feb 2016. I know they put Freon in my unit. In June when it got hot, I turned out A/C on and it made a very loud noise. I had looked up the problem and found that it may have too much Freon in it. I called again and they came out, confirmed what I had thought and went about their merry way. No charge for coming out the second time. I called Luis Gonzalez who was very argumentative about reimbursing me money for over charging my Freon as they do charge by how much they put in your systems. I tried to ask him several times and he would not even allow me to ask him my question. I was never rude or cursed at him nor did i raise my voice to show my displeasure. He insisted that I find my previous invoice to ask for reimbursement that way. He was very argumentative again and insisted that "He" did me a favor by coming back out and not charging me for the second service call from the overcharging my Freon in my A/C. I posed the question to Luis Gonzalez again, "You can reimburse me for charging me for the excess Freon and get future business, or you can keep the $30-$40 worth of Freon that you put in my system. His response, "Find your invoice." That tells me he doesn't care much for customer service as is stated in the opening paragraph of his website.
He knowingly and willingly kept my money that I paid for Freon that my system did not need. Then argued with me as to who should be reimbursed. And he acted like he did me a favor because he did not charge me for coming back to my residence to fix his previous blunder.

If you are looking for fairness, honesty and competitive prices look no further. The owner, Luis Gonzalaz is a highly trained Heating and AC guy that when you call his company "Luis" answers the phone. He shows up when he say's he'll be there and I would refer him to anyone needing Replacement or Repair of a Heating/AC unit. I'm also a small business owner who recognizes and values Integrity. You will get that with Apparatus Heating and AC.

We called this morning about our non-working air conditioner. Repair persons came at the scheduled time of 1:00 pm. They were friendly and very efficient. They replaced a part and the ac is working perfectly now. We used them four years ago and we will used them again if needed.
