As we all know it was 117 and up yesterday. We have been dealing with our Air Conditioning since May. We are dealing with our Home Warranty Company and trying to get some relief from the desert heat. We we finally had Pacific Air call us and let us know the Compressor was in and they would be out today between 10 to 12. We were very excited
They came out about 11:00. There were two workers. They stated working away. About an hour later he came to the door and said they had a defective Compressor and they probably won’t be able to get another Compressor and they won’t be back till tomorrow around 4 to 6. You can imagine our disappointment. We have two small pets and was not sure what we were going to do. I stated looking for pet friendly hotels I found a room and we started packing for the night.
We got into our room about 5:30 or so. About 6 our doorbell rang ( we have security ring doorbell) Thank goodness my husband had his phone close to him. He stated talking through the doorbell. He say it was Pacific Air back. He asked him are you back to fix our AC. He said yes!!! He went to the warehouse and he was back to fix our Air ( he was alone the other co worker had gone home). My husband ran back to the house, he told my husband to go back to the hotel (which was less than a mile away) and he would call us when it was fixed. He called us about 7:30 and told us it was done and would be still warm in the house. We were very pleased with the service we got from this young man. He went above the the normal standards!!! We did not catch his name. ☹️
We were told by the Owner that no one would be back that day!! You probably don’t know your employees very well.
But this young man felt sorry for anyone being in the desert heat without air!!!
Young Man you are an AMAZING, AWESOME and OUTSTANDING HUMAN!! We want to Thank You and want the Owner of Pacific Air to hang on to his worker because it is hard to find or another Company needs to hire him!!!!!
We went back home where we slept in our one beds and our pets were happy.
Called my home warranty company because of an AC issue they sent out Pacific Air heating and air conditioning I saw the one-star review and was a little scared however they exceeded my expectations they were courteous fast and very professional they had the air handlers unit installed and blowing cold air in 3 hours hats off to you it was a great job. Call this company with confidence they will get your job done
I wish I could give this company a zero star. The lady that answers the phone cut me off when I explained that i had been without A/C for 8 days and that I had my mother on respirator. She said it wasn’t her fault and hung up on me. Very disappointing not only because the lack of professionalism but because the lack of humane. Worst mistake I led in my life.
I have been a customer of there now for over two years. They found issues other companies didn't and got my system working very well. It is an older system and I will definitely have them do the replacement when the time comes.
