This was my 2nd time using them as they are contracted with Fidelity Home Warranty and I have had other AC companies come out prior over the years via Fidelity who were absolutely awful but because of my 1st experience with Cavanaugh I requested Fidelity send them again for the breakdown of my AC unit.

From the get go, they were quick to dispatch. It was the end of Sept in the desert and temps were still in the 100's, a terrible time to lose your AC. Fidelity took forever ordering the part, but essentially my Condenser had to be replaced which meant I was out of an AC unit for what ended up being 30 days. This delay had nothing to do with Cavanaugh and everything to do with Fidelity but Cavanaugh eventually got approval to pick up the condenser and Gustavo, my technician called me to let me know they were on their way to install.

Gustavo was so communicative, always calling to let me know when he would be coming, great with informing me of the problems with the unit and very eager to get it fixed. He made sure to get here sooner than later to get the system up and running and was super polite and respectful during the multiple times he came out.

I really can't say enough about this company. I have had absolutely terrible experiences with several other AC companies out here and hands down, Cavanaugh is the best company I have ever worked with during the 14 years we have lived in the desert. We flip homes for a living and have had to use AC companies for multiple properties we have sold in addition to the properties we have resided in and if you are looking for a trustworthy company who takes pride in their service and has great customer service I would highly recommend them.

It is not often I experience this from a company servicing our home so it goes without saying, I felt compelled to leave a 5 star review and acknowledge you for all of the above.

There are so many companies to choose from but none of them are worthy of a 5 star review except for Cavanaugh. If the things I have shared with you are important to you, give them a call. Maryanne was the Manager I dealt with and she was lovely. I highly recommend them for your AC needs.

Cavanaugh AC is the best! I have used them for the past 4 years to service the AC units at our Storage facility. They conduct professional work in a timely manner and tell you how it is without selling you something you don't need. They are our go-to ac guys!

I was very pleased with the service I received. The three men that came to my home were professional and courteous . When the invoice for the service arrived I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable charges. I would without hesitation recommend Cavanaugh.

If you want a reputable air conditioning company look no further- they are the best very accommodating, quick and reasonable- they have serviced my air conditioner for probably 8 or 9 years - on time and get the job done - I had them install 10 year smoke alarms and now I don’t have to worry about checking batteries every six months - Maryann in the office will take your call and is so nice and I thank her and the repair guys for all the help when I needed them - Thank you all so much- Joan Beavers
