Our second AC went out and Ruben took the time to get to the root of the problem to ensure future issues with the unit would not occur. He even took the time to walk me through what was happening during the diagnostic process. I appreciated his professionalism, transparency and rational for his repair recommendations. He even offered to come back and personally check on our AC units, as well as perform our yearly maintenance at that time. Thankful for the service, especially during the brutal summer months in the Coachella Valley. Thank you Ruben!

The overall experience far exceeded my expectations as we have had some bad experiences from other contractors in the past, hence that why we called Preferred Services. Polite, professional response from the office, detailed time of arrival backed up with a call to say that the contractor was on his way. He arrived, polite, listened to my concerns and carried out the repair, no mess, no fuss and a very good price. He has certainly restored our faith in plumbers. Thoroughly recommend the company. If I could give more than five stars I would. Their number is now on my speed dial, just in case.

I had a plumbing issue and when I called the company they sent someone out within an hour. Miguel did a great job communicating all the details of the job. He was patient when I had to handle the insurance on the phone. He was informative about the work to be done and even added some suggestions for the future.

Mike was excellent. He is a great plumber and knows what he’s doing. He was kind and courteous and did really nice work. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues you might have. He worked cleanly and efficiently is also a pretty nice guy.

We had an emergency early morning and called around and most were not servicing due to the Covid19. Jean from Preferred Services was great; she managed to get a technician right away. I received a text message and an email with a photo of the tech that was arriving which was helpful.

Miguel showed up wearing a mask (much appreciated during this time). Not only was he very thorough with his work but he was also detailed in letting us know the process. We had a slab leak, Miguel did an amazing job when drilling and removing tiles. Would highly recommended Preferred Air Conditioning Heating and Plumbing.
