Indio Cooling & Heating Supply

Tim was extremely helpful with my ac issue. I had my ac running back within an hour of purchasing a new fan motor. Total was under $160 with a new motor capacitor as well. Tim inspected my motor and made the purchase very easy to understand. His explanation helped me with reinstalling the motor.

My issue:
I noticed my ac wasn’t cooling, I walked outside to check my unit and after inspecting it, I realized the motor had burned out. I found Tim online with Indio Cooling & heating supply. I removed my motor took it to Indio cooling. Tim gave me the best help he could and sold me the almost identical motor I needed for my unit. I installed my new motor and my unit was back in service. I will be going back to Tim for parts and any ac problems I have in the future.

I just had my air conditioning go out in this horrible heat wave and Tim advised me in a direction that saved me money and time! My experience was refreshing; I was in a vulnerable and needy position and was treated with honesty and high integrity by

Came to CA from Connecticut to start up business over again. I always like one point of contact when it comes to the supply house. Asked around and Tim and his team at Indio Cooling and Heating came up a few times. Walking in and introducing myself as to be a new customer was an unbelievable experience for a supply house. There was no nonsense ,no employee on an ego trip and they presented with a winning attitude that made me think I was fitting on the first visit. Finding a good supply house with a strong team really made me feel like coming here would be the least stressful part of the job.
