First to inspect my condo for plumbing & electrical issues and develop a work estimate, then to return and implement his recommended updates/repairs. He was courteous throughout, let me informed of his efforts, and let my unit clean & in better shape. It’s always a pleasure to have such an effective repair person.

One of my furnaces that heats my master bedroom and my guest room in addition to the respective bathrooms was not working at all. When the Tech came out to appraise the situation he had to order parts. I was upset as this was a relative new furnace since 2020 so I was not a happy camper. The parts were under warranty but not, of course, the labor. The cost was $670.50 which was a great deal of money for a 80 years old widow who lies alone to have to shell. But they attended to my situation swiftly as possible. I was able to spend 01/26 thru 01/30 at a friends house. I believe the furnace was not working since 01/21-22? At first I didn't realize there was a problem. So I didn't call for repair for a few days. Grangers is always very responsive. To me that is the main thing.

I had three companies come out to bid a new electrical box, and I really wish I had called Granger’s first. Granger’s was the most knowledgeable, best price, and explained everything perfectly. The other top 2 ranked electrical companies gave me outrageous prices and no explanation of what they are going to do or parts needed. Do your research and DEFINITELY call Granger early in the process. Ask for John Dapsis; he’s great.

Mike & Steven we're very respectful of our home and of their work area. They brought in everything that they needed, did all the adjustments on the fly for the insulation as needed, and did a great job cleaning up afterwards.
And the new tankless hot water heater works great!
