We thought we were getting the best available system with Bosch but instead we got a lemon. 2 months of constant calls because the temperature doesn't regulate. The system is constantly going much higher or lower than the set temperature and doesn't go off... waking up freezing because the system is 69 when it was set to 75 (and still going). The install was clumsy at best, poor communication and faulty wiring. Had to have a wire going outside my house for weeks waiting for them to fix it. Every tech tries the same tired tricks that don't work. They replaced the thermostat (brand new) and still has the same exact problems. Techs admit they don't know Bosch - they are "all still learning the product" - WHY DID YOU SELL IT TO ME THEN?! Was also told to expect a 55-60% reduction in electrical usage and bill. Nope - about 25-30% at best - that's a huge difference and never would have installed it if I had known the truth. Have requested the owner call but they ignore me. Requested someone from Bosch who actually knows the system - weeks later, nothing. Very disappointed with the entire experience and feel like we were sold a faulty system that Granger isn't willing to permanently fix.
