Hydes Air Conditioning

Hydes always provides professional, friendly and courteous service for me. Frank offered some good suggestions for my AC unit more efficiently thus saving money on my electrical bill.

We installed 3 5-ton Lenox AC units 6 months ago with one of the top companies in the desert and signed up for a maintenance plan.
For two days we called the General AC, no answering service and no way to contact them. So, we called Chris Coia at Hyde’s AC and he was at our home within 45 mins. He listed to the problem and May repairs.
He was excellent! Hyde’s is my new AC company.

Frank came to troubleshoot intermittent problem with blower. No problem was found although very hard to find a problem when it was working today. I did sign up for yearly maintenance on both my AC's just in case any traceable problems arise in the future.

Had Maurice come out for routine spring maintenance. Arrived on time, and was extremely professional, organized, and knowledgeable. Will recommend happily.

Called in the morning and got service within 2 hours. Jonathan explained the system and the operation in detail He checked out the thermostat and reset for me. Once again Hydes provides superior quality service

Thor arrive in the allotted time and did a maintenance on the AC. He also changed a resistor. He was punctual, very nice and thorough. He also showed me how to put a filter in the furnace! Thank you! I will see you in a few months to do an inspection and maintenance on the furnace.

Barry Smith (Smity) was on time. Infact, he was early. He was a good listner and was able to solve my electrical issues in less than 25 minutes. He was not hesitant to get down and get dirty. You could tell that he was extremely knowledgable.
