Jonathan at Hyde's is great. He goes right to the problem and fixes it quickly. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's great working with him.

The technician (Taylor) was on time, and it was great to track via my mobile to see arrival progress. Onsite, he was very informative and walked me through the maintenance and repairs step by step. From making the initial appointment to re-confirming my appointment, arrival process and tracking, and overall service call, the experience was perfect! Would definitely 100% recommend HYDES Air Conditioning!

These guys are the best. They service 4 of my houses and are always terrific, on time, always repair any problems quickly and at a reasonable price. Great job Chris!!

Wow! I can’t say enough about how wonderful Jonathan , Josh, and Jesus were to work with. Very professional and easy to work with. Explaining in detail how the system worked and making sure everything was perfect before they left our home. This company was referred by a friend and we are so happy with their professionalism, honesty and work. Barry Hyde, owner, came to our home to give us an estimate and we were so impressed with him. He was very professional, down to earth, honest and explained the equipment to us so we could make a decision as to what fits our needs. We had three other estimates and decided to go with Hyde's and are very satisfied. His install department did a wonderful job and were very respectful to our home and did a great install and clean up. Highly recommend this company!!

We have stuck with Hyde's for our yearly maintenance for our ac and heating system and they are always great!! On time and every technician we get is so professional and helpful. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an easy carefree process.

I have used them twice in back to back summers when my AC went out. Since the summers are hot and I had no AC I was able to get appointment right away. This all being done while I was not at the house. The 1st time a part needed ordering and this was during Covid-19, so supply chain had issues. I was the one that had to reach out to them on the status, which kinda sucked, but the morning the part came in, they had one of the owners come out right away to install it. That part was great customer service.

Very impressed. Made sure the a/c was working properly. Handled all my questions. Did a good job in educating me. Question: Is it a good idea to put fiberglass in the windows to help insulate the house?
