Marlon arrived on time and was very courteous.
The work needed was fully explained before he started. I was very pleased with the outcome. I was also advised of other issues that needed to be addressed and as able to schedule the next visit right away. I was very pleased with the work.

Emiliano & Vince were amazing! I'm so happy with the work that they provided for us. We were unable to use our bathroom facilities as well as any water usage. They both stayed & made sure that everything was working properly before they left. Carted all of the debris away & left the property clean. They were both very respectful to myself as well as the property. I will use them again in the future. Thank you both again for an amazing job!

Both Power Pro Techs that arrived was helpful and professional. Frank provided a lot of info and rough quote for installing a gas line for my dryer, Jose provided other helpful advice. The work was completed satisfactorily. Overall a positive experience!

Very well designed service overall. Phone representative was professional, and after initial call I received multiple text updates, including one with a photo of the Pro who would be coming to my home. Once David arrived he was extremely knowledgeable and gracious. He helped us replace our faucet quickly and made sure that everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend, and will be requesting David again when we replace our water heater.

Mr. Rodriguez was excellent his mannerism excellent. He explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He interacts Very well. Because of his professionalism I will continue to call upon your company. Thumbs up for Daniel.

Robert was very professional and took the time to explain thing to my mom, he was patient and explained everything in detail. We also had another company come out, and the service technician didn't know anything about permits or if it was included. He needed to call his office. The difference in service, knowledge and professionalism was beyond what I expected. The other company's representative seemed like he was new and wasn't confident in my opinion. His company was also more expensive with about half the value of Power Pro plumbing and heating. Thank you Robert and Power Pro for everything.

Andrew did a great job. He was professional and friendly. He's an asset to Power Pro Plumbing.

HOWEVER, I think the cost was way too high. I thought for sure it would be under $300. $526 to add a 15" pipe and to remove your faulty filter felt extremely overpriced. It wasn't even 40 minutes worth of work. I will get quotes from other companies next time.
