Once again...I appreciate the level of communication that Power Pro Plumbing renders as policy with its customers. From the phone operator, Maria to the wonderful technician, Nathan who greeted me was polite, patient with a can do energy. Nathan examined the problem, gave me the price...I accepted and the work was completed within an hour. I must say my experience with Power Pro thus far has been wonderful. Confidently, I have shared this company with other single women...Thank you!

Luis is the best plumber my wife and I have ever encountered (we are in our mid-70's); he was/is superb in being so patient with us to explain what needed to be done, what caused the problems, fixed the problems and what future recommendations we should consider (with no sales pressure!)

Great service! I also appreciate how Luis Ramirez is able to fix and install our replacement pipes in our kitchen sink, and also with the pipes that's connected between our bathroom toilet and garage ceiling that caused a minor leaking problem. He was also very professional, and very patient with no rush or hassle at all with his work. I would definitely recommend him and the services from the Power Pro Plumbing team!

Memorial Day and my sewer line was totally clogged. I contacted Power Pro and they sent tech within an hour.

The line was difficult to clear, but after a lot of extra effort it was fixed. My service pro was Jorge Gutierrez an I highly recommend him and his company

We found Power Pro Plumbing by doing a Google search. We've used them before. Unfortunately, the first time we used them, we didn't take advantage of all the services they offered which put us right back in our same situation a month later. We called Power Pro Plumbing for the second time and this time we used all the services they offered to us. The most unique and helpful service was the inspection camera. Luis and Mario were our technicians. They were absolutely amazing. They inspected all the piping around the house and showed us the pictures. Luis and Mario were very professional and explained everything so that I could understand it. I was given multiple solutions on how to fix my problem. The main thing is I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride like other companies have done. I will definitely be recommending Power Pro Plumbing to whoever needs them and ask for Luis and Mario.

There’s never a good time for a plumbing emergency but today was one of the worse times for one.
About to leave for a medical procedure, turned on my bathtub faucet and it stuck open at full blast. Had to turn off water main, took apart the faucet to try to close it so i could, at least, have water in the rest of the house, didn’t work. Didn’t know if it could be fixed after I got home.
Got home, groggy from procedure, about 3:30, cleaning lady was on her way, still no water. STRESS! Ended up canceling cleaning lady at last minute.
Called Power Pro, no automated phone sys., no phone tree. A nice young lady answered right away, told me a dispatcher would call w/ eta. for today. Got a call a few minutes later, told me a tech would be out later & I would get a text when he was on his way. Got the text only a few minutes after that: Johnny was on his way. Johnny could not have been nicer, very cool guy. He found the problem right away, had a replacement part on his truck. Bingo, Bango, Bongo: problem resolved within about an hour! Johnny gave me good advice on other issues and we talked about dogs 👍🏼
What could have been a really bad day turned into a better day.

The serviceman was timely and professional. He is knowledgeable and helpful. However the business of Power Pro are a bit unorganized. They called me to change the time twice after I made arrangements to be out of the home and turned around to come back to meet their time. Don’t know if I will use them again

Jesus and his partner, Ruffino, worked tirelessly to remove my 36 year old A/C & Heating system and install a new, modern unit. Throughout the many challenges they encountered they kept a positive, cheerful attitude, always explaining the process to make sure I understood. They have a strong work ethic and most of all take pride in their work and in pleasing the customer. Am happy to give them the highest recommendation.

Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable and responsive considering it was a Saturday night! No sales pitch pressure for extra repairs so definitely call and have Nathan come out and evaluate your plumbing needs. The repairs are due to start soon so we’ll see if the repair quality is just as good as the customer service.

I had a clogged drain in my kitchen and received the service within one hour without listing it as an emergency. The technician explained us the problem which appeared to be more than a simple drain cleaning, he called another car that had the right equipment and both technicians fixed it in a short time. They both were very clean and professional, they left the kitchen very clean for me so there was no need to clean anything after they left.
