David Macias came and did a fantastic job on a leak I had in my home. Great guy, really responsive, and everybody at the office was easy to talk to. Dave came out right away, was super helpful, friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to get the job done. I'll totally be coming back to these guys in the future.

I had a pipe burst last Sunday morning around 9AM; a few years back I purchased a water heater from Power Pro, They work on weekends. I called them quickly and had a service man Gilbert Escutia arrive within an hour. He saw the problem, cut new pipe and re-welded fixed the leak. Great work, expert attitude, he described the task and had answers for all my questions. Will definitely use Power Pro again, hope to get back Gilbert!

I had the tech Letty and his field supervisor Mario at my house for a free estimate. They were both very good and extremely helpful in trying to figured out my water leak. The first tech took his time and when he needed help called in for it. I greatly appreciate there expertise and recommend them highly for all plumbing needs.

Tony came out and assisted me with my AC drain leak!! He was very professional and highly thorough and very knowledgeable. He made me feel very very comfortable with the issue once he explained it to at length. I will be calling Tony everytime I have an issue now and I highly recommend anyone reading this do the exact same. Thanks again Tony @ power pro plumbing.

Efrain from Power Pro Plumbing did an amazing job re-installing my toilet. He was on time, professional, and they were also able to match a competitor's quote.

The technician 'Emiliano' was professional, respected my house by putting on shoe covers, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and resolved it efficiently as well as offering me practical advice to help me avoid future issues. Based on my experience I can definitely recommend the company, at least if all of the technicians are similar. I also would like to commend their dispatchers who kept me updated as far the estimated time of arrival. They weren't able to meet the original time but they did keep me updated throughout the day which I appreciate so much because it shows they value my time and didn't leave me wondering what was going on. They understand that sometimes as a customer all you need is communication and a reasonable customer will understand that things happen.

I am so beyond grateful to Jorge for helping me today. My washing machine started leaking from a pipe in the back and when I called they got me an appointment right away. Jorge arrived on time and was so kind and helpful. He explained in detail the issue I was experiencing and how he was going to fix it. Everything was done perfect and quickly. Im now running my washer with zero leaks. I will absolutely be using this company for any issues I have in the future and highly recommend them. Thank you so much, Jorge!

Efrain Dominguez came to inspect our plumbing system today and offered free estimates for work that needs to be done. He was very honest to let us know which area needs immediate action. Efrain came back today to fix the leak in our sink. Although this is a very small job Efrain came with a smile and very quickly fix the problem. I’m very happy and satisfied with his work. It was clean and he did not leave any mess. I’ll call him again since there’s a lot more projects to be done. Great job.

Eddie came out and was absolutely great. Super professional and honest and helped us out in a tight spot. Was on time and walked us through everything that was going on. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family and would use their services again. Got Eddie Rodriguez's card saved for any future issues that may come up, he was excellent.
