Marlon was my technician and he was EXCELLENT!!! He was very patient while explaining in layman’s terms so I could understand my issue, and he took time to walk me through everything once the repair was completed. He had answers to every one of my questions and was extremely professional and friendly. This was my first time using Power Pro and I will definitely be calling again. Marlin also gave me a quick survey of maintenance items I should think about in the future. Five stars all around!!!

Everyone at Pro Plumbing are definitely pros! The ladies on the phone are absolutely delightful and set your mind at ease. Joe came out within an hour and a half! Joe is very experienced, delightful and friendly. Two gentlemen ultimately fixed the problem and the prices are very reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company!

The technician Tavo was awesome! He was absolutely knowledgeable about his job and he truly cared - he spent time to show me different solutions for our water pipes. He was honest and very professional. I highly recommend Tavo.

After reading the reviews here, I thought I selected the right company...apparently not. Called early am to schedule an appointment. Was assured that wasn't a problem and appointment set early. A bit later, received call to push appointment out later in the day. Later in the day, received call that appointment not available for a couple days. Seven hours wasted waiting. Word of advice: it's better to under-promise and then over-perform.

From the woman who answered the phone to the dispatcher and plumber. Friendly, courteous and super helpful. They got the plumber out immediately.
Jorge Gutierrez was so helpful. He went above and beyond. Professional, great demeanor and did an excellent job.

We were very happy with the work that Power Pro Plumbing did at our home. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable when he came out to inspect our sewer line. He gave us several options and showed us how we could save some money. The team that he sent out was also very professional and hard working. They left the work area clean at the end of each day. There was a team of 6 guys (Edgar , Brandon, Tavo, Marcos, Martin, and one other we didn't get his name) that came out over the four day period. We were glad they were able to work around my schedule. I am currently working from home and could not have any loud noise until after 11 AM. We will definitely use them again if we have any future plumbing issues and would recommend them.

Overall well done. Arrived on time and provided a detailed explanation of what needed to be done to correct the issue. Luis applied the preferred customer discount (strongly recommend joining the club if not already a member) and installed the valve and cover plates in good order.

Power Pro was responsive and professional. After I booked the service, their dispatch system called to notify me in advance when the plumber was going to arrive for the service. Timothy (Tee) unclogged the line, was thorough, and made recommendations about maintenance. He did a great job of cleaning his work area when his work was completed. Nate the supervisor, followed up when Tee work was done with a camera inspection to show me areas of concern to keep an eye on and make more recommendations. I’ll do business with them again in the future.

I took one star away due to a terrible experience with Sean, the first plumber they sent to do the repairs. He left without doing the work I wanted done. The dispatch system called to follow up with me shortly after he left, and sent Tee out immediately to address my concerns in a positive manner. Sean may or may not be a good plumber, but he is not winning customers with his demeanor and approach.

I’m satisfied with the work that was completed in a timely manner after overcoming Sean’s difficulties.
