Niko was not pushy and really took the time to ensure he had an understanding of what would be required to provide us with the most accurate quote. The pricing was extremely fair. Efrain (Plumbing) and Jon (HVAC) were very professional and made sure all expectations of the appointment and work were set upfront. From there they provided us with a quote prior to starting any work and the price is extremely fair given other quotes. Bothe gentlemen did an amazing job and ensured we were satisfied with their work. I’d recommend this company hands down!

The employee did the job but his attitude was suspect. The only reason we proceeded with the work was that our tenant had been without hot water in the shower and we needed it repaired. I've used the company before and the work is good but I will just state to the plumber that came this time that a good, friendly positive attitude makes for better customer service. I would possibly use them again but would request not to have the same technician come again.

My husband heard this company advertised on the radio and I am beyond glad he remembered them! We had a minor flood in our home the day before memorial day, after we cleaned up the water mess we called this company and they had someone out within an hour. And yes they only charged $99 for service on memorial day! I will technician was Effrain and he was absolutely amazing. Arrived on time and ready to get to work. He got our drain unclogged within a matter of minutes and never made a mess while doing it as well. Highly recommend!!

Power Pro came out to check on my floor furnace to ensure it was operating safely per gas company advisory, after a leak was discovered at my home and a neighbor's home across the street. Albert was very courteous and professional, arrived on time and was very thorough. The customer service from the office to the field was excellent, and I appreciated the photo ID confirmation prior to Albert's arrival. I was very pleased overall with the service. Thanks again.

Great friendly service, clean. Emiliano Gutierrez cleaned up after himself with out asking. I really appreciate his hard work and knowledge. Terrible company. They over charge you for a simple job. The damage gets bigger when they start doing their estimate. The manager is a total m@r@n. Unprofessional plumbers. Believe me choose another company. I will not recommend this company. Thanks

This is the second time I have used your service. After the first time a few years back, I saved your business card, due to the great service and price. This time was the same. I accidently drilled a hole through a pipe which was running through an existing stud, which was located behind a sink. Efrain came on time, was professional and friendly. Fixed the job completely and assisted in strapping my water heater per code. Please thank Efrain. He was very informative and knew what he was doing.

I had Jon come out to service my system for my annual tune up. Lena in the office was very courteous when she called to inform me that Jon was on his way. I appreciate that Jon gave me some options that needed my attention and I was more pleased that he did not pressure me but let me know I could call when I was ready to have the work done. Augustin did beautiful work installing a drywall repair following removal of a large section of wall made necessary to access and replace the old original pipes. He then installed a new sink & vanity and it looks great! He has a positive and professional attitude and I was definitely impressed with the services he provided on this job.

Paul was very polite, friendly and professional he explained what his procedure process would entail and how much it was going to cost me up front and approximately how long it was going to take to complete the job. I was very pleased how Paul made this transaction
