Mr. Eddie Rodriguez lived up to the company's motto--"great people, great service, great attitude." I was very pleased with the service he provided. He was knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns.

Mr. Adam Valencia was also very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to my questions and concerns. He patiently explained my plumbing situation. He even drew pictures to make sure I understood. He gave me options, but did not pressure me.

I am happy with the service provided by both Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Valencia.

Mr. Paredes did a great job! Thank you for sending him! All of the technicians were excellent, including Mr. Hernandez, Mr. Murillo, Mr. Gutierrez, and Mr. Martin. Everything I said previously applies to them all.

We have used this plumbing service many times with great results. They always give great value. We highly recommend Eddie for all your plumbing needs. He never disappoints us. Emiliano was adorable and kind. I wish I could use him for all my issues. He Assisted me on two locations today. As a property manager I need a plumber who understands time is money and who can explain the issue while doing the work. Providing any service to help prevent future issues. Someone who comes prepared with all the correct tools, and can listen and properly advise me on how to address all matters no matter the circumstances. Not offending my tenants. Excellent service and good customer service. Gilbert came in was protected and kept the with social distancing which I appreciated. Quickly fixed the problem. I will definitely use them again

My duplex had drainage problems in the toilets and bathtubs Mr. Emilliano Gutierrez came to help us. He was very professional. The task was difficult but he took his time and took care of it all the way. I truly appreciate what he did and how he did. He is a gentle man we all can relying on surely.

Gilbert, the technician, did an excellent job. He was very professional, polite, and very nice. He wore a mask and social distanced as well which I appreciated.
The prices however are ridiculously marked up. Unfortunately, we will not be using Power Pro Plumbing going forward because their prices are outrageously high. They were asking over $1000 to tighten a bolt on a faucet that was loose, replace a $20 plastic part that was causing a leak, and provide and install a water drinking faucet (approx $55 for faucet if I were to purchase myself at Home Depot) for a kitchen sink. I will try elsewhere.

He patiently answered our questions to our satisfaction, and offered his
advice on the pros & cons of doing one thing over another. He educated us on proper care and maintenance thus enhance our knowledge. His passion on his profession is amazing. Very helpful, professional and courteous.

Dave showed up within an hour of me calling to have our drain unclogged. He was very professional and polite. He was also very informative and knowledgeable. They have better prices than another company we have used in the past also. We will be using them again.

This is our second time using Power Pro Plumbing. They are awesome! Very responsive, extremely professional and Marlon, our technician, was in and out with repairing our sink clog.
Comparatively, we used another vendor a year ago for the same service and they were messy (left us to clean up pipe gunk!), took a long time, the technician was a bit abrasive and their pricing was through the roof.
Power Pro doesn’t charge surge pricing either so it’s a no brained. I highly recommend this business!

Sal was great! It was a tough job! Definitely needed two people but he was patient, honest, and I was able to help him in the little ways needed in order for him to fix my leak 100%

There office, to dispatch, to timeliness, & most importantly communication was incredibly on point! I have several properties with multiple vendors! I wish all companies were this efficient and “on point”
