Professional Company from taking my call, following up on Service, technician Carlos was fast to diagnose and repair the issue. Company does a great job following up on their customers. It doesn’t seem there are many companies that value their customers anymore but this one does and they do a great job. Thank you very much. I purchased a service plan because they have always kept their word and they do great work. Pricing was good as well and they gave me options. Fantastic!!!

This was the fourth or fifth time I’ve worked with Power Pro and each time they have been super helpful and done a great job. This time I had a Luis for plumbing and Daniel for AC, and they were both excellent! They talked me through everything they were doing, gave me some things to keep an eye on, and were very through. I will definitely ask for them again in the future!

Andrew was very professional and explained everything in detail to me. He offered to sign me up for a maintenance agreement which I will ponder after my vacation. He helped me out and I so very much appreciated it! I won’t call around since they were referred to me by a close friend that used them and was very satisfied. Keep up the great work and make sure you guys hire more Andrews’ when you get the chance. All I can say, I’m very satisfied and won’t look any further for a plumber!!

One of the best things about Power Pro is their estimates are free. You don’t have to pay anything if your not happy with the quote they give you for services. Plus they gave me a one year guarantee on the work performed including parts. Michael Manikas the plumber they sent was fabulous! If he is an indication of the people employed by Power Pro I’m definitely calling again. He was extremely efficient. Ive been getting very high water bills and no one was able to solve my problem. Michael did a complete review and found the leak in the back of a toilet not a running toilet which is all anyone else ever looked at! He replaced the bad part in my toilet and he showed me everything he did and explained what caused the problem. He also did an inspection of all the plumbing in my entire house, free of charge. He also looked at the water pressure going into my house and recommended I get a new pressure valve Because my old one is not working. He sent me a proposal. I purchased a Power Pro membership gives me a discount on all Power Pro services. It’s not inexpensive I think it’s fairly priced and since the people who work for Power Pro are really professional I think it was worth it! Plus the membership has benefits including guaranteed discounts on future services of $350 per year ( which more than covers the membership fee), water pipe inspection, annual air conditioning and heating inspection and tune up, annual sewer and drain inspection.
I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Power Pro Heating & Plumbing.

I have not used the services of Power Pro Plumbing yet; our problem requires a bit of investment. However, due to the quality of the service received so far we are considering using their services soon. I was impressed with the friendly customer service since the first phone call. They followed up immediately after the phone appointment with the name and number of the person who would come to my home. Eddie, not only arrived on time, he was respectful, and it seemed sencerly trying to do his best estimate of the problem. He never gave me the impression of trying to sell me anything extra. He answered all of my questions and showed me the possible type of payments I could choose from. I was very happy with the service and if their quality of work is as excellent as their customer service I would recommend them. Eddie represented, without a doubt, a professional company; he even spoke my language which made me feel very comfortable trying to understand the problem. I am thankful for it.

David was knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to repair the leaking shower faucet in about an hour. He was extremely helpful in educating us about possible repairs and other issues that may arise. We were also given ballpark estimates to help us budget for our next plan of action. Repair costs are a bit on the higher end but there was great customer service and lots of experience and insight.

Emiliano was amazing and kind to us. He was professional and knowledgable in everything. It was especially nice of him to do such a clean job. I would also like to point out that he was on time and not at all rushing us or being rude in any way. I honestly thank you all for helping and being super, super professional from the moment I called to the last minute of service!

Representative from company didn't solve my problem! Continued to upsell throughout his process. Told me where he thought the problem was. But I had already cleaned that area! Paid for the service and the next day called a local plumber who used a camera, solved the problem with a guaranty that if he did solved the problem, there was no charge! Needless to say my problem was solved! I do not recommend this company!

I want to start by saying these two guys were outstanding, Felix and Brian from the HVAC department came to my home and put us at ease right away. They knew what they were doing, the handy man we hired in the past took advantage of us. He did not know about plumbing and did a half job on some plumbing work we had him do. To our surprise Felix and Brian came in and fixed all the problems he did. We are grateful to have two honest guys coming into our home, they were very professional and and put materials down to protect our furniture and flooring. We appreciate that they took care of us in a timely manner, we will recommend to all our neighbors and family and provided us with great outstanding service, we are forever grateful to Power Pro Plumbing.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning and I called this amazing company! They came out within the hour, did an estimate, and was able to order a pump. At first they said it may take a few days for them to get the pump to be replaced for the sewage, but they did amazing work and got the pump within a couple hours. They flushed out the lines, replaced the pump, and left everything in perfect order, they even replaced the stones on the pathway. Manny and Frank were amazing technicians, communicated directly, and Rachel at the office was super helpful. I would recommend this company whenever you have any plumbing, electrical, AC etc. needs! Amazing customer service, and great technical work
