We used Power Pro Plumbing for a kitchen clog, and Efrain was great. He was on time, efficient, and courteous. Highly recommend for good service, quality work, and fair pricing!

Mike V showed up to do our yearly Air Conditioning maintenance/service. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything that was going to be done with the HVAC service that day. We have 4 different air flow returns with different size filters. Although Mike did not have some of those filters, he took the time to go to a local store to purchase them and bring them back for me at no charge. Thank you for providing wonderful service, for being patient with all my questions and doing everything in a timely manner. I will definitely request for him next time.

I had Jose visit my home to repair a leak under my kitchen sink. He was in-n-out in 30 minutes and did a fine job.

Power Pro was more affordable than most, though not the cheapest.

They came out same day when 3 other companies didn't, and did so within 2 hours of my call. I got a call when Jose was close, which I appreciated.

My mother had a leak in the kitchen sinks and called Power Pro Plumbing and they came right out to help. Adam and another young man was very knowledgeable and explained to us that the pipes were bad and took pictures to let us see exactly how bad it was underneath the house. And as for their customer service top notch i called for a copy of the invoice and Z was very helpful in emailing it to me. If we need anymore big plumbing jobs they are first on the list.

Your crews showed up at the time they said they would. The work site was always clean. when they finished for the day, cautions tape and protection plywood were applied protecting the area. We had several crews during our pipe relining and it was like watching a well orchestrated drill. Each crew showed up to do their part just as the others finished. Even our neighbors told us how impressed they were with the performance and work ethic of the crews. It was a point of relaxation knowing that they had all the insurances and equipment to do the job right.

We will happily recommend Power Pro to anyone who needs a plumbing job done, as well as them now becoming our 'go to' plumbing company for any of our plumbing needs.

I knew my problem was weird and difficult to find. I am very mechanical . This is an average of different ratings on different topics.
4 stars - I called , looking for Ground penetrating Radar to find an ABS pipe in my back yard grass area. The first manager said they do not have that device, I said thank you. He said have a nice day.
1 star - A few minutes later another manager called me and said, that the other guy was wrong and that they do have it. I verified with him, what I wanted and he said, yes they have it. Great, we made the appointment.
4 stars - The tech arrived on time, clean and was very nice.
I showed him my problem and what I thought we needed. He agreed with what I needed and that they do NOT have that tool to find the abs pipe.
1- star , So I called the their office to let them know about their mistake, The woman said someone will call me back. That never happened.

I do Property management. I did have a little problem with them making a mistake and wasting my time.
BUT the bigger problem was NOT returning my call.
