Felix and his crew came to my house today to replace my air conditioner and repair my HVAC system. The group was amazing from start to finish. They covered my floors, worked very hard and explained what they were doing. I am now sitting in my wonderful air conditioned house! I would recommend Felix and Power Pro Plumbing Heating & Air for a great professional job. 5 stars!

The service was great! Very experienced and professional. Luis Ramirez was my primary plumber and excellent. He tried everything to fix the problem but when there was a bigger issue we needed a jet the lines and get a camera. I appreciated his efforts. He called his associate Tavo Zavala who was able to locate a break in the pipe With his camera. Both were very helpful and polite. Thanks again!

I called for an appointment and was given a 90 minute window for a response. The response came in under a half hour. I was told that I would be given a 30 minute notice of their arrival. At this same time I was sent a picture of Sean so that I would know who was arriving. He arrived well within the time allotted. He assessed the situation and gave me a prognosis and a couple of different ways to resolve the problem. I picked one and he began arranging for the repairs. He called in a couple of people to help with the project and gave me a possible window for completion, which seen reasonable. They began the work and seemed to have all the needed parts on one or the other of two trucks present. Finished the work withing the window that was given. All the repairs seemed to go smoothly. They cleaned up the area where they worked so that it was impossible to see that they'd been there. All in all I was extremely pleased with the work done. Even got a senior citizen discount and a one year warranty on the work. Very nice! Sean and crew very knowledgeable and pleasant with which to have a transaction .

Frank Oropeza provided a detailed description of what the problem might be with an initial diagnosis and provided all possible pricing scenarios for repair. He was very courteous and knowledgeable!

I discovered the problem late in the afternoon. I was able to get a technician to look at it the same day. We agreed that a replacement of my water heater was the best course of action.

He did the prep work that day. Another installer came promptly the next morning and the job was completed in an hour and a half.

Albert Gomez, Alex Padilla, and Angel Arismendez were extremely professional, very courteous, friendly, and very efficient. They were focused on listening to the issues my air conditioning had, and did a fantastic job repairing it affordable, and completely cleaning up behind themselves. I’m so very impressed.
