The repair man arrived a couple hours after I called and fixed our clogged drain for a reasonable price. Alvin Ramos came out the following day, for no additional money, to scope the main line and was very helpful in offering a few different options for maintaining the drainage pipes in good working order. We were very happy with the service.

Jon was very informative as well as being a very likeable young man. He took the time to answer our questions as well as make suggestions to maximize our system. He will be back, needed additional consultation as our setup is definitely not a standard exchange.

Robert is probably, no he is the best plumber I've ever experienced. He is knowledgeable, communicates well, and is concerned for the customer and the best possible repairs. As the company advertises he did come and give me a free estimate. He took the time to explain all the estimates and answer all my questions so I had a clear understanding ... and I appreciated that a lot. Robert also did a excellent job on the repair and clean up. I trust Robert and would highly recommend him.

Hector was extremely helpful and answered all questions. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard working. His partner Tee was amazing as well, they went above and beyond. Emiliano was magnificent. He was prompt, thorough, and gave me multiple detailed plans for fixing my Kangen water machine connection issues.

Technician Jimmy came out on time and check unit and found no major problems. AC is working fine, but found an issue when unit was installed and gave me info as to how to handle. Appreciate the info Jimmy. Keep up the good work. Power Pro is the best

From our sales rep, George Castro, to the crew that came in -- Jesus Arce, Felix, Perez, Albert Gomez and Johnny Ramirez -- Power Pro - Anaheim come to the rescue and replaced our 20 yr. old heater and 30 yr old. AC unit within two days. George, our sales rep came out, checked our units and recommended replacements. His expertise, fair pricing and professional attitude made us feel comfortable to replace our units. The crew that showed up the next day were fantastic.
