Beware! Incompetent technicians. Company cares less about customer satisfaction and more about cover-ups. They made my air conditioning unit worse and won't accept responsibility. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Tim has come out twice to trouble shoot our ac, and has been such a big help. Very nice guy and very professional! I will be coming back for further services!

I'm planning to write a letter to the Better Business Bureau. Dishonest communication, overcharged me $500 with a dishonest timeline about the work for my HVAC. Would never use their services.

The person that came and did my service in July Didn’t seem like he didn’t knew what he was doing I asked him that my air didn’t seem like it was working that well still after finishing the work he said in 40 minutes it would. Here I am again August in with the same problem again the only thing I could say about this company is the receptionist were very kind and pleasant as far as the service worker I was very Unsatisfied I would not recommend this company.

really bad experience dont waste your money with this company only excuses and need to order parts all the time but never fix nothing

I was called in by a client to review the quote and perform an assessment of her unit, the quote they had submitted was approximately one thousand dollars of false charges. The other 400$ was the only legitimate charge and it was for labor and an $18 dollar part, some cleaning supplies and a couple spade terminal connectors.

Service is fine, but 5he communication between workers and office staff not great. But the techs have been great, and very helpful and knowledgeable with their work.

Tim came out today and he was absolutely amazing. He provided service way above and beyond what he needed to and he did so with absolute kindness and professionalism.

I would recommend Indoor Quality service they are very courteous , on time and there quality of service is good they knew the problem with my heating ordered the part and came the next day and fixed it and I’m very thankful for there expertise .
