I’ve been having issues for over month with electrical and hvac issues and have had multiple people come out with no proper diagnosis and a really bad lack of communication. Today Tim changed that for me. My AC is FINALLY working and I truly appreciate his good communication skills and that he thoroughly explained everything to me so that I understand. Most people don’t do that and I’m left confused so I very appreciate that.

Fixed my issues that last years AC jarheads screwed up.

It’s in the name! Fast, efficient, and experts of their trade. I had a complete overhaul and was up and running in under two hours. The customer service was excellent and allowed me to have piece of mind knowing I’d be taken care of quickly. Would highly recommend these folks!

Tim was able to fix our A/C quickly and even went above and beyond and cleaned the unit for us. He was very helpful, friendly, and professional!

My only problem with this company was not with the technician responsiveness or punctuality but that I had to reach out and contact them twice leaving messages with no return phone calls. I had to call back again to finally speak to a staff member to get me scheduled. That’s never good customer service. However my technician made up for it in courtesy, and responsiveness.
