Tim was my service man he went above and beyond to ensure that my air conditioner was working like it was suppose to. I have never had anyone do such a detailed job I really appreciate his service and his patience.

Matthew was awesome, not only he fix my AC he took his time to explain what he was doing. He showed me how to program my thermostat and advised me and recommended of the company's maintenance plan.

This is the worst company I’ve seen they come out to look at the AC unit to replace a coil.That’s the last time I heard from anyone.I called for an estimate.Also my home warranty called many times the service manager never responded after almost two weeks .After waiting ten days to get a service call was ridiculous.Glad my air was still working otherwise I’d be in trouble .No follow up no call back no nothing no communication don’t use this company.Call air pro air conditioning the guy came out the same day and fixed my air conditioning problem.Super nice very knowledgeable saves you money also .

Similar to a previous review, this company was sent by our home warranty company. Everyone was generally pleasant. There were some issues that created some difficult communication, but in the end things were fixed to our satisfaction.

IQS is the best air conditioner repair service. Quick and excellent work. Tim Tuttle is a very honest and respectful tech. God bless indoor quality service. Five stars earned

The technician came the day of the call; He was friendly and helpful, and he had the part needed to repair the unit. I couldn't ask for more.

What can i say. My home warranty of old republic uses this company. Its been second time they have had to repair two seperate issues. The tech cody was very professional, and explained everything throughly.
Everything was done in a timely manner. Their office was just as professional, and i would definitely use again. Thanks IQS.

I would give no stars if possible. AHS sent these guys out and they gave me a BS estimate for additional duct work etc.. because my home was apparently too big for the unit or vise versa. The home was built in 1997 and I have had several A/C work done with several different Contractors. Never once have any of them tried to sell me all the extras these guys claimed were needed. The only out of pocket should have been the $660 cost of Freon after they replaced the air compressor. These guys wanted to charge an additional $2600 and made the additional work mandatory before they would install the compressor. These guys are 1 of 2 of the only A/C repairs contracted with AHS in this area. So they are trying to take advantage and strong are customers spending additional $$$. These guys suck!!! Don't ever use them.

I have used IQS for 20 years! They are honest and know what they are doing. The owners are great, if I ever have a question or problem I know I can call and get a honest answer. Thank you for your great work! I appreciate you keeping us warm and or cool if needed! 😊

Indoor Quality Services has been absolutely wonderful. They were so prompt and very, very qualified. Michael and Martin were a pleasure to deal with as well as, Tim .
