I don't normally write reviews but I felt the need to warn others about their work. The initial customer service over the phone is great, but the crew sent out to work on the solar installation is careless. They are not considerate or careful with the work done at your home. My home is only a year old and they damaged my gutters when climbing on and off the roof. When I reported this damage to the worker, they took pictures but refused to provide me with the contact to their supervisor. I still have not received a call back to discuss the issue. I called Lifestyle Solar customer service to make a complaint and requested a call back from the supervisor, but still no call. I even emailed them directly with photos of the damage and still no response. I do not recommend this company. This is not how customers should be treated.

Zero star instead of even one. Please don’t trust this company. I have very bad experience with them. I bought solar system from them few years ago. I called them in June month when I was not able to monitor system on app then I was told by one of their gro that our solar system was producing energy but just monitoring app not working and I kept calling her and asked same questions, she kept saying same thing to me my solar system been working but actually it stopped same month and now I am facing big electricity bill like $1700. And now she said if I want to change monitoring kit then I had to pay $500 plus their service fees which is $179/ hr. That’s how they r trying to rip people off. So be aware of it. Get warranty and everything in written if you still want to go with this company. I wish I chose Tesla solar system on that time. So disappointed with their wrong info whatever I was getting from their gros at front desk.
Hi owner Larry and Kim… First thanks for reply my review but my question was not about monitoring system, it’s about inaccurate info whatever your Lydia employee provided me. I been calling her since June month, she was telling me that my solar system been producing energy but just monitoring system not working, If she gave me right info during that time that monitoring system should need to replace for production then I probably replaced it right the way. So who screwed up ? Customer right ? But who should be reliable for that ? You and your employees. Can you pay my electricity bill $1700 because I paid your employee $679 for monitoring system plus technician fees. So plz plz give more training to your employee so none of customers like me suffer with that big expense. Just put yourself in customer’s shoes. Thank you.

Moved into our new home in Kingsburg at the beginning of August. Our system was on the home as required by law now. Lifestyle was the installer. Now the solar is on but the application that we are required to use by Solar Edge does not read properly. Of course we are told to contact Solar Edge then they tell us its the installer's issue...the app does not read like any other app I have viewed on youtube or other sites. It's missing information. It makes it appear as if we use every piece of energy we produce, even though we are gone most of the time. It's also supposed to show our system in a panel by panel view to see how each is performing. This option is not there. So far we are told we may have to "buy" something for this to work right...why?? From what I read our inverter is wired wrong and is not showing properly. Says it's an easy fix but should be a professional to fix...It's odd how we expect things on a brand new home to work properly but have to use so much of our time at work fixing problems that shouldn't exist. I wonder how many times I'm gona have to call to have this fixed before I contact the better business bureau..

He really went beyond my expectations. He has great personality, and he has a lot of knowledge. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for your time Bill.

I have been trying to get someone to look at why i have i panel producing 30% less electricity than the rest. After having multiple excuses of COVID and they can't come ant look at the panel and be in contact with us ( the panel is in the roof!) I finally now 14 months latter actual get someone to call me back and answer a question. The answer is everything is fine??? Well if everything is fine why did I have 3 appointments to come out cancelled because of COVID! Now I am told that they don't do any of the monitoring to the system and that they are just the installer. Well what is the warranty that they kept showing me that was so awesome and they would take care of all my problems if I just went through them. You call and someone takes a message and says we will get back to you and then it never happens. So to recap all they do is install the system and then push off any maintenance or problems on someone else and tell you everything is fine. If you want service don't go through them. Lots of other companies to use.

There’s many different solar companies out there, but Lifestyle Solar actually showed up on time for our appointment, gave the lowest price, and did not sugarcoat anything about going solar.
I’ve done a lot of research prior to purchasing with the different types of panels and inverters, and Larry actually was an engineer that knew all of this stuff. He made sure I actually understood everything, even answered very technical questions on electrical components correctly, and that help showed why he had such complete confidence in the complete system. This is at true master at this craft, and appreciated all the questions I had over the 2 weeks of constant back and forth emails.
No one else came close to the value provided, and they had such a lively and fun crew install our system. Great installation, great team members at Lifestyle, and will constantly refer them for life.

No 1-800 number for support or helpdesk, I had personal service the whole way through. I can’t speak enough about the quality of service we received from Lifestyle Furniture.
I was kept inform via text on the delivery reminder date with Amy and asked continuously texted Cruz for help on the dimensions to make sure everything would fit prior to purchasing. It saved me multiple trips and just made my life easier, especially with the 40 minute drive away.
I’m sitting here enjoying my new sectional and writing this

Purchased my home in June of 2020, had lifestyle solar install solar panels on my home, after a month I noticed that the solar braker was in the off position after calling them they initiated the permit process with PG&E and turned on the braker. After all that I was under the impression that I was generating solar power. After eleven months, I hired a company to come and clean the panels, they informed me that the Rooftop shut off switch was in the off position. I asked them to please turn it on and I then contacted Lifestyle to please come and check my system. There customer service is horrible, they refused to come check my system. I contacted PG&E and they verified that my panels never produced energy until the switch was turned on by the cleaning company. I have attempted to contact lifestyle solar, but they will not assume responsibility, according to them they install solar panels they do not guarantee that they will produce energy. Now I am stuck with a huge true up bill from PG&E. Whatever you do, do not use Lifestyle, worst company!!!!

While shopping around all the companies, Lifestyle Solar had the funniest yet most insightful salesperson. It was great to talk to the office staff too, getting an idea of their company and who they were before I purchased as he just picked up the phone and called the main office to speak with the project manager about all the steps and how she would go on and personally oversee my installation with my salesperson. Just their openness and transparency made it a lot easier to go with them. Thanks for putting up all those weeks with my questions! I know I'm a picky customer and they satisfied all my requirements completely!

I went for Lifestyle Furniture (their other business), and past by Lifestyle Solar and give it a try. I used to be not a big fan of putting stuffs on the roof but got persuaded by Larry.
With the system I have now, I save a lot of electricity for such a small cost. Considering to install more panel in next years.
Highly recommended!!!!
