88 MECHANICAL

I as a little unsure being that my homeowners warranty recommended 88, and I had never heard of them, but I'd use them again in a heartbeat! Not only did they come out on July 3, they were able to fix our ac on the spot. I really think that John went the extra mile in spending time that will make a big difference in our quality of life and peace of mind. Now, I might be a bit biased because it is 105 out and my ac doesn't work, but I'm old enough to know that some businesses cut corners to make more money. Thanks John!

We were having issues with our unit. Had no idea what the cause was. John from 88 was able to narrow the problem down and fix the issue very prompt. He was very friendly and explained everything to my elder mother.

What an amazing job they did. Two days in this heat and they had to install a whole new unit !! They answered all my questions, worked with our insurance and got it all together and running. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. Great job!!

I had problems with my A/C and was given a diagnosis by Frank as to what needed to be repaired. Frank was very thorough and professional. Later on I spoke with Mike, the owner, and he further explained the situation regarding the A/C. Even though I did not have this company repair the unit I appreciate the advice that I received from Mike and I had to submit a review as to the excellent customer service that I received. I'm sure that if they had repaired the unit it would have been 100% perfect. In the future if I have any problems with my A/C or furnace I will certainly call 88 Mechanical.

Don’t ever deal with this company. They came out & collected $100 to supposedly fix my refrigerator by cleaning the coils. This was not the problem. They then lied to me by saying they were working on getting the part & authorization from my home warranty. They didn’t do either of these things. I verified this with the home warranty. They didn’t return my phone calls & made me believe they were working on helping me. They don’t operate in good faith for their customers & simply wanted a quick $100 through the home warranty.

Our Air stopped working when it was in triple digits, nightmare! I called our home warranty and the first company was going to take 6 days before they could come out, so i requested another company. They set it up with 88 mechanical and they came the next morning. They were so professional, throughout, and fixed it within about 2 hours. the technician was very senior in the business, and answered many of my questions. I will definitely be using this company again.

We had an appointment window by noon. No one showed up. My wife called the company twice with them saying they would call right back. Two hour later, no call backs. I called and asked to speak to someone who could explain why no one had shown up. The receptionist refused to tranfers me to anyone. Stay away from this company!

John was so nice and got right to work. He even remembered our 3 pugs names!

Beware!!! I called them to remind on the day of service. However, technician never show up while we took off work and waited for them all day. We customer service for the work order status, they are clueless. Do not wait your time to deal with them.

John was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He promptly diagnosed the issues we were having with our refrigerator. We were grateful for the quick response to our urgent situation!
