Great service. Our air conditioning quit. I called the at 8:30 and Tim came out at 10. Fixed the air and installed a smart thermostat that we had been wanting. Very knowledgeable.

Customer service was excellent and pretty speedy. Tim, our technician, was absolutely phenomenal and fixed our issue within an hour. I would definitely recommend Indoor Quality Services to anyone! Very pleased with the outcome!

Tim tuttle came and fixed my air conditioning very quick and very efficiently. He knew right away what was broken and carefully explained why it was broken. He was such a great help, much better than those other incompetent technicians that came before him. Thank you Tim, for your kindness and hardwork and fixing a month long problem of mine.
Edit: looking back at these other reviews, this company really needs to fire some employees that aren't doing their job.

Great job. Lance was awesome. Showed up on time and was very quick to trouble shoot and fix the issue. he even called after the job just to be sure the ac was working properly. There was a small issue and he drove back right away to fix it. I couldn't have asked for a better ac person in Oakhurst ca...though I think he came from Fresno. I'd use IQS again.

Service was great. The office gave me a window of 7am-5pm. I called the office at 8am and ask if they could give me a timeframe so I could plan my day. Someone was here by 10am. The technician's name was Tim he was great. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had the unit working 30 minutes. He cleaned the unit and told how to keep in clean and running well.

Unfortunately, my home warranty company contracted these guys to fix our heater. The first visit was a quick diagnostic visit along with a “you need new duct work” sales pitch. Insert eye roll. We just purchased this custom home 7 months ago and had a thorough home inspection; which included all duct work. Thanks, but no thanks. I’m sure there will be a response though telling me that 85% of homes are operating under capacity blah blah blah. Part gets ordered. Second visit to install said part and we end up with a broken circuit board. Not sure if tech broke it or he misdiagnosed on the first visit. Then the wrong circuit board gets ordered or picked up from the warehouse wrong. Really, who knows. Fast forward to the 6th and final 4-hour visit. Yes 6! 6 visits for a part that they assured me during the first visit would only take 45 minutes to an hour to install. After a few hours the tech tells me he needs to go outside to make a phone call. Next thing I know another truck is in my driveway. The tech called the owner out because he needed a second pair of eyes to rewire. Did the owner introduce himself or apologize for the incompetence of his staff and huge inconvenience of 6 appointments? Nope. I asked the tech if that was the owner and he confirmed. He entered my home, troubleshooted the wiring for a few hours and left in his fancy truck with the vanity “IQS AIR” plates without saying a single word. Not how I would be running my business. Terrible experience. Next time, I would rather call Allbritten and bypass my warranty company. What a joke!

They are great! They came to my house and fixed the A/C! Tim was awesome and was very professional. He helped my dad and is obviously a man who knows what he's doing! 5 stars! ☺☺

Today, we were visited by your service specialist, Tim Tuttle. He asked us to explain to him what problems we were having in the home concerning the AC unit. After his full review of the unit and ducting, he then began to succinctly point out the problems that were occurring with not the unit, but with the ducting that was done for the unit. Not only were we able to fully understand why we were experiencing the problems that were occurring we are now able to move on to the next step to correct the problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He is an excellent representative of your company and I'm sure that if needed we may be doing business with your company soon.

This company sucks ass, they are incompetent, rude and have little to no customer service. Technician came out did nothing except disconnect my compressor without my permission, then told me it was ok to run the ac but I would use up the rest of my Freon, are you kidding me??? After countless time on the phone with the so called manager that got me nowhere fast, finally got the owner Dave who had the audacity to laugh at my frustration and the fact that I have asthma home warranty sent these idiots. I finally called American Air willing to pay for the after hours service. What a joke these people are. Do not use Indoor Quality Services if you want anything done right.

Tim was super knowledgeable, professional & courteous. He quickly assessed the problem, replaced the necessary parts & even gave us tips on how to save $ on future PG&E bills! I highly recommend their services! Thank you, Tim!
