First of all the office staff is very friendly and accomodated to my very busy work schedule. When they sent their repair man Tim he was quick knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend IQS for your future heating and air service. Thanks Tim!

Worst company to do business with. They will try and scam you for anything they can point out is wrong. Blue shield sent these guys out to check out our AC unit that went out. The guy comes at 8pm with a dinky flashlight and hops onto the house. Comes back and says its the compressor. Couple day of waiting for a new compressor and they come back and say our ducting is too big for the unit and they can fix the compressor but we are gonna have to pay for the duct work. REALLY! you noticed the ducting was wrong size in the pitch black of the night with your dinky flash light on TOP of the roof! Long story short... Got a second opinion and our ducting is fine and our unit was fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. That is the only advice I can say.

Indoor not quality services was called by my warranty company to repair an a.c. leak in April of 2017. It took 9 months and $3,500 later to finally complete repairs. There's a person who handles work orders and scheduling at Indoor quality named Jose, his boss should really send him to customer care training and night school at minimum. I was fed the same B.S. about my ducting need to be replaced as others have stated in their reviews. Stay away from this company.

My home warranty company sent IQS and what a huge mistake from the beginning this was. I constantly had to call them to make sure they were staying on top of things. 2 days just to send a work order to our home warranty company, yet they sent it to me upon leaving. Why 2 days to send a digital work order? The part came in to fix our AC and they did not even notify us. I found out 3 days later by calling them. Took IQS 2 weeks to fix our AC in the middle of July! Being a surrogate at 4 months pregnant and having two young children at home in 83 degrees all day and night was dangerous! My health was put at risk and I told them from day one the urgency of this repair. On the day they were suppose to be here to fix it (12 days into the claim) they cancelled coming and we had to wait another 2 days for them to show up. Absolutely unacceptable! Poor customer service. Poor follow up (except to cancel an appointment). Poor consideration for customer needs.

I would not even give them 1 star if it was an option. I have american home shield and was given Quality as my contractor to fix my air conditioner. They received my work order May 9, 2017 and did not come out to my house to look at my issue until May 19th. At that time the technician told me what was wrong but did nothing to help the problem. He said he needed to get the work approved by the insurance company. Monday May 22 I called them to see if they had gotten authorization to do the work on my unit... (mind you it has been since May 9th that I have been living without air conditioning in 100 degree weather with 2 small children) they said there was NO WAY they could have called my order in and they didn't know when it was going to get put through. I called Tuesday May 23...still not put through to the insurance yet... I told them 1 of my kids has bad asthma and the humid air was affecting him.. they said "sorry your kids are ill. " Then they said it's my fault I'm in this situation because i didn't have my unit serviced for the spring... We just bought the house in Sept 2016........Today is May 24th they finally got the approval i'm still living with no AC and THEY CAN'T GET OUT TO MY HOUSE UNTIL SATURDAY MAY 27TH!!!!!

This is a horrible company that doesn't care anything about their customers.. they expect me to pay $120.00/lb for refrigerant... THAT'S UNREAL!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone.. their office staff will put you on hold forever just so they don't have to deal with you. Their service manager Michelle is extremely rude and so are all the other girls in the office.... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Rick was absolutely professional and seemed to genuinely care about my situation. The repairs to my a/c are working fantastically. So nice to have a company you can trust to come into your home.

I got AC fixed thru American Home Shield warranty. They came and fixed it in an hour. Only downside is i had to wait 3 days to get it fixed i understand they were busy and didn't had appointment until 3 days but other than that everything was great.

Where is the minus 5 star catagory. Beware of this company. They are incompetent and unprofessional. I have a home warranty policy and because of an absolutely incompetent, unprofessional experience with them last year I had black listed them from my properties. They went to my tenant a total of 3 times and never fixed the AC. First they said coils were dirty. NOT. Then they said some other nonsense. After the third time of not fixing it and having a tenant without air for a week, I insisted another contractor be sent out to my property. 1, 2, 3, it needed freon. A simple fix and any company with a remote knowledge of HVAC should have determined this within 5 minutes. Oh, don't forget about the screaming children in the background. Well, a broken AC again this year and low and behold my home warranty company sent these clowns out to my property again. Even though they were black listed by me. And of course their incompetency was ever present. They said they replaced a capacitor, which I hardly believe, as I had replaced it just weeks before they showed up. Of course they were unable to fix the AC or even give a proper diagnosis as to what was wrong. Furthermore, they crossed some wires which created an ever present fire hazzard, the the new contractor who came out to the property was the one to find this out. The crossed wires blew 2 40 AMP breakers. Luckily I demanded another contractor be sent out to the property and unfortunately this time, it was the compressor and motor. I need a whole new unit, but these clowns completely screwed up. And again, when they called me, screaming kids in the background.

My experience with Tim was awesome, he took care of my issues and was very professional about it. I would recommend IQS and would encourage anybody to ask for Tim. I am a very picky person but I have to be honest Tim definite earned my five stars
