Five months ago Tim did an outstanding repair to our furnace. Today he fixed our air conditioner in no time flat. Always professional… So appreciate the great service!

Great service good people working for company... Service tech Tim had come out to check out our ac unit that's been down for the past 2 days... took a look at the unit and knew what he needed to replace right away... Tim even showed me how to regularly maintenance my unit for us to save money on our monthly bill! We needed that service asap and they indoor quality service was willing to show up 1 day sooner then the others... thx for cooling our home again!😉

My AC unit was not heating it was actually getting hotter ! Tim from Indoor Quality Service came out & I was extremely happy with not only him fixing my AC unit but going above and beyond his job ! He schooled me on which air filters to use and I have now sighned up for maintenance twice a year . I highly recommend this company ! I am extremely satisfied !!!

They added additional item(s) that cost me excessive amounts of money because the owner alledged the roof was stepper than I found out from the city inspector it was not necessary. Also did not complete the job for over 1 year. They did not complete the job until I received a notice from the city stating the permit was still open and job needed to be completed. Also they were not here for the final inspection it was good that I was because the ladder they left the inspector would not get on thankfully I had ladder for him to use. Would have to give this company a D-. You in fact did not make contact with me until 8-10 months later and it was a mechanical company that called me and wanted to come that day. As far as the roof in concerned it is a 3/12 pitch which does not require a service .platform Tell what ever story you want but the review is factual and correct. Learn better business practices Dave.

My home protection plan sent a 2nd tech out since the first didn't fix it properly so it quit, they then called Indoor Quality Services fo come out which they did early the next morning and it needed a motor replaced which they had to order, the technician was back out her at 7:30 pm with the new motor and got it up and running after being without for 4 days. He did an excellent job, was very professional and I couldn't believe it would be repaired after normal working hours. After reading negative reviews I was worried about this company but I give them 5 stars, they were amazing. The other person that fixed it would not even return calls to myself or my home protection plan and they will not get a good revies from me.

I called Dave about 3pm. He showed up around 5:30 and got it running and even cleaned my solar panels. Poor guy didn't leave until after 8. I've been using Indoor Quality Services for years and they always help me out. They're the best!!!

Liars! Our home warranty sent this unprofessional company out to us. After lying and saying our Duct needed to be replaced, they decided to take it upon themselves to turn off our AC and say they cannot turn it on until they return. We had someone else come and check it out and they told us there was no issue and turned it back on for us. What scammers! Never do business with them, save yourself the head ache. They turn off your AC so you get frustrated and just say yes to them but we did the smart thing and got a second opinion and thank God we did! Never again!

It's not funny. This is ridiculous. It has something to do with the home warranty. I make an appointment for Friday 10am. I give them my cell phone number. They said they would call me before so I wouldn't have to wait around. I miss the call and message at 9:49 am, I call back 9:55 am, the lady says we sent them to their next job. She gets the manager, Michelle, who tells me the person who was to come out has moved on to their next job, and it would probably be an hour or two. So, I tell her your guy can't wait 10 minutes for a return phone call, but I have to be flexible with one or two more hours of my time. She has the audacity to say, "yes". She further explains that she doesn't need my business and that it would be fine to call American Home Shield to schedule with someone else.

Tim came out to service our heater. Me and my wife were very pleased with his Proffesional demeanor. He also educated us on how the system works as no one had ever showed us before.

My 3 year old air conditioner went out in the middle of summer. Thank God for Indoor Quality Services!! Customer service agent was very courteous and wasn't sure if she could squeeze me in. She allowed me to speak to the manager, Michelle, and she assured me that someone would come by to take a look at my unit. The service guy Loi, showed up earlier than expected. He was very informative and educated in air conditioning. He had a lot of advice on saving energy and shared information that he received, from a recent company seminar, provided by PG&E. He knew exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner before he even opened it. The part I needed is rare (because I have an over sized unit), but he happened to have one with him!! Less than a half hour later, I was up and running!! Thank you so much Indoor Quality Services for squeezing me in during your peak season, Thank you Michelle and Thank you Loi!!
