I am so happy that I called Blue Diamond Heating and Air! They came highly recommended from a friend. My a/c had stopped working and I called and left a message at the company that evening. Donovan returned my call first thing in the morning and told me he would come later that afternoon, time permitting. He came at the end of his work day, though he could easily have said he had run out of time and scheduled me for another day. But he came and I am so happy with his service! He explained everything very understandably gave me options. I do not feel that he was trying
to up-sell. He did not rush, even though it was the end of a long, hot day (he was working outside on our equipment). Everything is now in great working order! Whew!! I would definitely recommend this company!! Thank you Donovan and Blue Diamond Heating and Air!!

Donovan was excellent. He was on time, professional and extremely educated. The pricing was fair and he did great, efficient work. He was also able to educate us and let us know certain things we can do to improve our air and just to what look out for in the future. We signed up for service and I feel great knowing we have a trustable and reliable company to call in the future.

Donovan is the owner, he came personally to do my heater and air conditioner check up, he was very professional, on time, and even sends texts so I wouldn’t forget he was coming. He was in a uniform with a marked truck, put on shoe covers to come in my house, he took the time to talk me through everything he noticed and gave recommendations, which I didn’t feel were up selling, but, rather to keep my systems going strong.
They offer a yearly membership so you don’t need to think about your maintenance, which I love! So easy!

Called them for a 2nd opinion, Donovan came out the next day to diagnose it. Gave us options, which was significantly less than the 1st company. Brandon and Justin came to install our new ac unit a week later! Great service! Very happy!

Had them service my mini split. Service tech Brian was very knowledgeable and answered my questions without hesitation. I would recommend this business to friends and family.

This company gives me a wonderful assurance of comfort and safety. They insured all was in tip top working order. They showed me all the work and repairs that needed to be done before starting. The respect and consideration was so appreciated. I highly recommend this company for all you heating and air services.

Answered the phone, friendly and helpful! I called this morning and they sent a tech, Charles this afternoon. Was able to identify the problem, do a diagnostic on system for preventative care and also cleaned and maintained another A/C unit. Very professional, explained what and why. Guaranteed their work and the parts installed!!

Brian was very professional. My AC went out on me and when I called for help, he said he could be at my place in an hour or so. He showed up & got me up & running again within a half hour’s time & without costing me an arm & a leg! I couldn’t have asked for more since my AC had been down for almost a day & it was 84 degrees inside! Thank you, Brian & Blue Diamond! I will definitely use them again & I highly recommend them as well!

I used them before for my A/C. Fantastic performance then. This time they worked on my heater. They were courteous, and worked hard at trying to solve my problem. They even had to come back.

Charles was extremely thorough and helpful. He checked the unit and did everything in his power to figure out the problem and resolve it. Very informative and helpful! Would recommend 10/10.
