This was an awesome experience. The tech was on time and quickly worked with my tenant to quickly figure out the problem. I needed an new thermostat and the unit inside the condo also needed repair. This is an old AC unit and I was so glad that Blue Diamond found a way to repair it rather than take the easy way (and more expensive way) to replace it. Since I was not present for the visit I was very happy with the outcome and the price. I even paid the invoice online making it even better.

Absolutely amazing service! I had water leakeage from my AC units in my short term rental and initially I was reffered to four different companies from my insurance company. They were all very disappointing. Then I decided to use Blue Diamond (outside of the insurance) and Charles diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately! Not only did he did an awesome job, he was very professional throughout! He called us when he was on his way, he arrived at the house on time. We were out of town at the time but he called us via facetime to explain the issue and what he was doing to fix the issue. He even cleaned up the blue handprints on the wall that were made by another provider. Charles came back second time for maintenance when I was in town, and he took the time to explain each step so that I could do monthly maintenance on my own, and answered all my questions thoroughly. Absolutely amazing service and professionalism! I highly recommend Charles.

Charles was excellent. He called before he arrived to confirm again, arrived on time and quickly performed a diagnostic on our system. He then gave me some recommendations to maximize our AC. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for someone you can trust your AC maintenance with!

Great experience with this company, and I plan on continuing to use them. Charles was very polite and willing to explain my system while also walking me through things I can do to maintain it ourselves. Extremely helpful, transparent, and honest. They came in lower than competitors, but I tipped up to the competitors cost because I was so happy with their above and beyond service. Highly recommend this company.

Very professional, knowledgeable, listened to what I want and needed, did not try to oversell, on time, cleaned up thoroughly after their work was done. I felt that Donovan the owner was more of a project manager rather than a salesman. They followed through on everything they said needed to be done. My AC broke on the hottest day of the year! Very quickly they ordered a new one and within days it arrived and they installed it, in the interim They brought over a free standing unit to keep me cool over the Labor Day weekend. We had a whole house ac/heating install that included moving the new furnace into the attic, full ducting, compressor etc. Blue Diamond Rep CJ was there every step of the way. Called Brian and said he could help me in hours not days that others quoted. Friendly and fast, diagnosed my problem while takeng short calls to help others. His knowledge was great and his equipment was "state of the art", stocked replacement part from trucks inventory. I highly recommend!

It took 4 calls to get them to schedule a technician to come out to my home, but once the technician came out, he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful!
