Great place to pick up most HVAC service parts and equipment. Jim Butler is our TM at ACpro and he knows his stuff.

As a contractor my time is money, and since I started buying materials and equipment at ACPro, I've become more efficient. Their service is great, they're quick, knowledgeable, attentive and help bring solutions.

Our Company at Clima Heating and Cooling has had no issues with the service. Thank you Chris, Jim and all the guys at the counter and in the warehouse everyone of these guys always double checks out order. As long as the price stays competitive I see no issues at all here, this establishment provides great customer service, strong AC PRO built By allied equipment and provides quality material for all sorts of possible jobs. As a hvac owner contractor I've dealt with jim in the past at other locations . Jim has always been knowledge and helpful .
When I saw him at ACPro I opened an account.
On a recent install a piece of equipment was missing the product logo . I made a phone call to Jim and he personally drove a replacement logo iout to the job site . 😎👍👍
In today's times customer service is a lost practice. Much thanks to jim for going the extra mile . I'm just a small independent company and Im treated well at the El Cajon branch. This location is clean and well stocked.

Called JP at counter sales reference ductless unit info . Very helpful got back to me in a timely fashion. I was working with a customer trying to sell the Friedrich ductless unit . I phoned JP he used his personal phone to shoot me over a photo. Wow talking about goin the extra mile .
