What a great company. Donovan had to deliver some pretty bad news to us on his initial visit, but I never thought he was trying to take advantage of us. He did a very thorough inspection and explained everything very well. When it came time to do the service, he did a great job and exceeded our expectations at a fair price. Thank you Blue Diamond!

We were trying to use the AC for the first time this year, and the house was not cooling. I called around only to find that everyone was booked up. I started reading online reviews and decided to call Blue Diamond. When I spoke with Donovan, I found out that he was in the same boat. But instead of brushing me off and booking me a week out, he asked me some questions about the issues I was having and was able to diagnose over the phone. He was in my area and was able to make time to come over and inspect the unit (same day) during what I assume was his lunch hour. He had the AC running within 15 minutes. He then took the time to go over my setup and provide recommendations on duct covers, airflow, etc. Donovan is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and just a good guy. Before you call one of the giant (and outsourced) companies, I recommend going with Blue Diamond.

Brian did a meticulous inspection with pictures - he took the time to really listen to our request and explain all of our options. He coordinated with asbestos removal contractor to get our job done quickly and right on target with estimate which was very reasonable. After the work was done, he went the extra mile of returning to the house to do some final adjustments and make sure everything was working exactly as we hoped. The Blue Diamond team sure knows how to provide excellent service and communication; text messages and phone calls were consistent from the original quote right through the completion of the job. They were on-time, professional and friendly. We could not be happier!

Brian and Blue Diamond are seriously a Godsend. We recently moved to San Diego, and our new home had started having issues with one of our AC units. We looked around and found Blue Diamond. They came out quickly, and explained our options. They treated us professionally when explaining the situation and what options.

Based on how professional and respectful they were, we ordered a new unit, and they redid the duct work. In less than a week we had a fully functional unit, with new ducts. Reclaimed space by moving the unit to the attic.

Best of all, our energy bill was around $500/month. With this new unit and the work done by Blue Diamond, our new monthly bill is now $100-150.

The technician Charles was not only knowledgeable in what to look for, he took his time to properly diagnose our systems issues, he then took the time to explain what he recommended and why. The cost was more than fair and much lower than other bids I got. I highly recommend this HVAC company and will definately use again in future.

We were having problems with our Heater turning on and off. Donovan responded super quickly to my text and voicemail...I was persistent, and he came out the same day. He was able to trouble shoot and figure out what our problem was. We do need a new furnace eventually, but we fixed the problem in the meantime until we are ready to replace it. He is very professional and informed us of everything we were doing. The pricing is well worth the quality you get from Blue Diamond.
It is really nice because you can sign up for a maintenance program in which he comes out twice a year to service your AC and heater. Such a great service, because to be honest, who is remembering to change filters out regularly. So I want to thank Donovan and crew for there expertise.
