I have used Blue Diamond H and Air three times now. They came recommended to me and I would now highly recommend to anyone that’s needs service on heat or AC units. The service guy Charles was curtious, knowledgeable, efficient and importantly, on time. He kept in contact with me on upcoming appt and was here within 10 min of his scheduled time. He also responses directly for upcoming appts and was able to book within days of my initial call. He was quick to pin point problem and get units up and running. If your are tired of of getting the run a round from contractors around town, try these guys. You will be pleasantly surprised what an efficient company should be run like.

Have previously only had bad experiences with HVAC companies even the biggest ones in the county. Blue Diamond came out quickly to fix the issues previous HVAC companies had caused and took the time to adequately explain the situation and the options we had to fix them without overselling anything while taking into account what future plans and options we had. They were able to schedule the repairs to be done almost immediately at my convenience and had the repairs finished quickly. I am finally able to have peace of mind running the system knowing that blue diamond has done the job correctly and fully. Will always recommend them and would never consider anyone else after the terrible service I have had with several other big name repair services.

Donovan came for a visit to do a tuneup on our A/C unit and he was amazing! He speaks with so much knowledge and was able to answer all my questions and explain at my level of understanding.
