Charles Jones was our service tech and we couldn't be more happy. He was incredibly professional and hard working. Showed up on time and was able to diagnose our AC problem quickly. By far the best service I've ever had and we've tried several different companies throughout the years.

Our 3yr old A/C unit kept shutting down after running for less than 30 min, and the original installer was no longer in business. Looking online for a well-reviewed, locally owned, small family company led me to Blue Diamond. The staff was polite and set an appointment for the next business day ( I called after 4 on a Saturday) and my A/C was running perfectly less than 48 hours after my call!
Brian thoroughly assessed the system and cleared the clogged condensation drain line which was triggering the shut-off. He was friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable, (and patient with our curious cat who wanted to "supervise"😂)

I will definitely call Blue Diamond in the future for annual tune-up/maintenance work on our A/C!

First off I want to thank Brian and the guys for doing an outstanding job in our home. It’s been 3 weeks and was waiting before writing this review. If you are reading this I’m sure you are looking for the best deal and service available, look no further this team is the real deal. Extremely professional ultra competitive prices and amazing quality. After looking for weeks and reading many reviews I ran into this company with perfect 5 stars and after speaking with Brian and getting many quotes around town from the biggest companies to small ones Blue Diamond was the clear choice far above them all. Prices were competitive, but to me honesty, professionalism, and subject matter expertise was a breath of fresh air. Brian was able to explain everything to me and my wife and made it extremely easy to understand for people that don’t know much about the different systems available and making recommendations at many different price points. Give these guys a shot and they won’t disappoint and they’ll even vacuum your floors after their work is done and I’m saying this as we are on a heatwave and my family is nice and cold inside!! 😃

All were top notch with their work ethic and they performed for me, unlike so many others. I called people to get me a quote they never showed or didn't seem to want to do the work. These Guys should get an award for not only doing what they promised but also figured out exactly what would work with the budget I had and remedy the problem that came up. Very professional job. Had problems with A/C. Brian did excellent job finding a problem and fixing the same day having new parts with him for my A/C unit. After fixed and added some freon my A/C works like new and blows ice-cold air.Highly recommended and could give 10 stars !!!

Charles did a great job. He even fixed errors a big name company made. He also put up with my crazy barking dogs. I felt that what was charged was fair. I will be using Blue Diamond for all my future needs.

We had a great experience with Brian and his team at Blue Diamond HVAC. Our heating system was very old and we were looking to upgrade to a new system and possibly add A/C if it was in our budget. The quote we received from a big company in San Diego was more than we realistically wanted to spend. After reading the online reviews for Blue Diamond I called for an estimate. Brian gave us a quote thousands of dollars lower. Since the price was significantly lower, we decided to go with both heat and air. It was a major job and took 3 days. Justin and Brandon were there daily and worked nonstop to get the job done. Brian oversaw the project to make sure that everything went smoothly.
