Quality work at an affordable honest price. These guys know their business. No one likes to hear that there AC needs repair but with the summer here it needed to get done. Blue Diamond was on it! My wife does daycare out of our home and we need a climate controlled environment for that....these guys spent a very long day making sure the AC was functioning properly before they left. We appreciated the urgency to get our AC back up and running and dedication to finish the job quickly.

My 25 year old AC broke down right as we were heading into a heat wave AND my wife was going to give birth any day. I consider myself lucky that all the big name companies were too busy to repair it same day, and I was referred to Brian and Blue Diamond - he had solutions to fix the old unit, but better yet, he had a very competitive proposal to replace the unit, with new AC, Heating and vents - all of which were long overdue.
The work was done on time, the crew was extremely courteous, explained everything along the way so there's no surprises. They kept their masks on, which was important to us with my wife being pregnant, and kept everything tidy all along the installation.
The result is that our AC is extremely efficient, quiet and powerful - we can cool the house down in a fraction of the time it used to take. I am confident that as time goes on, I will be able to call the Blue Diamond team for questions or concerns and that they will be responsive and stand by their work.
Note: I did get 2 or 3 competitive bids and this was by far the cheapest.

Our technician, Brian was on time, professional yet friendly. Explained all that is wrong with our VERY old A/C unit and even repaired it.
