Our technician Donovan was extremely professional, knowledgeable and quick. He arrived within the time window scheduled and had called to let us know time
of arrival. He did some maintenance on our AC and resolved all issues at a very reasonable cost. Additionally they came out within one day of being called, and this was for routine service. We will continue to use Blue Diamond for our AC service needs.

Brian arrived on a Saturday. He quickly discovered the problem. He gave me two options for repair. The cheaper option vs long term option. I chose the long term option and he went to work. He completed the repair quickly and cleaned the entire unit. No extra fee for a Saturday service call. I would highly recommend his company. I chose the company as it was local and had great reviews. Donovan and Charles showed up timely and ready to go. They quickly identified the issues and carefully walked through the recommendations. Blue Diamond was recommended by a friend. I was impressed from the beginning when I set up an appointment with the business owner Donovan. He told me the name of the technician that would be coming out and told me that the technician would notify me when he was on his way.
Charles, the technician, called and texted me to inform me he was on his way. He arrived at the beginning of the 11 to 1 window I was given. He inspected the compressor, condenser, coil, and our vents. He determined that we needed to replace our compacator. He provided me with two options, and he also informed me of the smart assist which saves energy. He was very educational and I learned a lot I did not know. As someone who does not know AC systems, I appreciated the time he took to explain what was wrong and how the suggested parts would help our AC unit run more efficiently.
Charles was professional and friendly. He solved our AC problem quickly. One of the best companies I have worked with and the price was great, as well.

Donovan from Blue Diamond was incredibly professional and personable. He called me the day of the appointment to confirm, and then went far above the call of duty when he showed up. He found issues with my cooling and heating intake vents that even the home inspector missed and helped me patch them same day until I could fix them outright. All this and he still serviced my AC unit and gave me some energy saving tips. Cannot recommend this company enough!

Blue diamond heating and air conditioning was one of the five companies I called and they were the only one that could accommodate servicing my air conditioner within a day or two.
They were also the lowest priced.
Donovan was very knowledgeable, pleasant to chat with and patient with my questions. He didn’t push any additional services or unnecessary replacements. After a thorough investigation he did recommend a few parts for in the future for the HVAC system.

Brian and blue Diamond fixed issues w a fan before. This last heat wave made a causality of the capacitor on my east side AC unit. I called Brian and he was here asap with a new one in hand! My family and my dogs are now relaxing in cool AC!! Blue Diamond and Brian are a five star company and technician. I will continue to use them for all my future HVAC needs!
